Mediterraneo Bay Hotel Spa & Resort

Stayed here for one week all inclusive. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, spacious, nice pools, good slides however the staff were rude. One staff in particular from the restaurant was extremely rude to me. When trying to explain there was a problem with the coke I ordered she replied ‘coke is coke what more do u want’ then called over two other members of staff who were just ignorant towards me. I asked them to bring me water instead and the waiter slammed down the bottle then barged me as she walked past me. Not how u expect to be treated by anyone! The fact this is mainly a Spanish resort wouldn’t normally put me off but there was such a language barrier and the Spanish staff and customers were nothing but disrespectful and rude to me and my family. They push in front of you if queuing for the bar or food. This is not the place to go if you have small children either, the evening restaurants don’t open until 7.30pm, the child’s mini disco doesn’t start until 9.30pm & the evening entertainment doesn’t start until 10.30pm. I understand the Spanish live a much more relaxed lifestyle so this is not necessarily a criticism just a note incase you have young children. There is nothing to do out of the resort, no where to go and no shops around so was difficult to fill the time between dinner and evening entertainment. Would not return here!

Everything was excellent. Room was of a high standard. Had upgraded to premier room and well worth the money. Facilities, restaurants, food and staff were perfect. Outside area was spotless. Only downside was there were no other bars or restaurants close by with a later bar

great place to stay. had a great time. family trip and enough for the younger kids to do.Any child older than 9 years would be bored with entertainment at night, but they can always take iphone/tablet with them.

Hotel has lovely decor, well appointed rooms and superb dining room, with a wide variety of freshly prepared food. The staff and animation team work very hard to make your stay pleasant. Rooms cleaned daily, linen changed frequently.

just had a fantastic holiday here...room was fantastic lovely and clean hotel was great food was great..the pool tiles need maintenance on them as there were a lot missing and my daughter cut her leg on the missing bits of tile in the children's pool area but it didn't stop her playing she loved the pool beware the pool is so cold that didn't bother my daughter but i saw lots of children struggling to go in it so they went to the indoor pool my daughter also loved the indoor pool especially when we had 3 not nice days the indoor pool was the place to be ..it was not too busy it was just nice..we all had a fab time i would definitely go back.

Watch out with food as we were served raw chicken and my niece became poorly......Not much around the complex but a lovely walk on beach front and you find different shops..Very clean....some hotel staff was ignorant were as others were really nice..

Great facilities, food choice for all requirements. Great rooms, we had 2 suites. Facilities for the family are brilliant.We would go again as it was great value. Our party ages ranged from 15 months to 74 years young.
