Aparthotel Playa Cas Saboners

We are just home and I couldn’t wait to leave. My husband and I were put on the second floor with no lift access.As we are both in our 60’s it wasn’t ideal. They did offer to move us 4 days later but we couldn’t face packing and unpacking again. The air conditioning was non existent but after complaining twice I was told it was working adequately and no one else had complained. The shower flooded the bathroom which I also pointed out and was told they were aware the screen doors were faulty. This meant you couldn’t use the shower without using towels to stop the flooding and I’m not exaggerating, the water ran right out to the bathroom door. The shower also required a towel inside as there is no handrail and is very slippery. The apartments are serviced Mon,Wed and Fri and each person is left one towel, we had to request more from reception. The WiFi is terrible so it is very hit and miss. The only good thing were the beds which were very comfortable.

Just spent a week at Cas Saboners. We enjoyed every minute of it and will definately be back. We stopped on the ground floor which was fab with having young children. We had a lovely apartment stocked with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. All the staff were lovely especially the ladies from the kids club. Check in was very easy and the room was available immediately which was great. It was always beautiful and clean. I thought it was a great idea that there were barriers around the pool in the evening giving parents extra comfort that there was not going to be any accidents with children. The food in the bar was very nice with large portions. The only downside to the holiday was that the pool was so cold. It could also be good if there was a hand rail to help you in if you are unsteady on your feet. I did manage to go in a couple of times but only to fish the grandchildren out hehe. It would not put me off from returning though. we had a fab holiday thank you.

Great place to stay. Only 5 minute walk in either direction to Palma nova or magaluf. Really pleasant staff, nice atmosphere, clean and well positioned (for the sun) rooms. Good facilities and happy hour (or two)is always a bonus. Been here for the past few years and would go back. Will be counting the sleeps till next years visit!

Second time this year only discovered this amazing hotel in may this will be our hotel of choice every time now . Fabulous friendly staff nothing too much trouble fab rooms very spacious and clean. Entertainment brilliant especially Queen tribute

We stayed at this hotel from 11/09/18 to 20/09/18 in a ground floor apartment,great room,plenty of wardrobe and drawer space,very clean,bright and new looking,we did have a problem with the bedroom window on arrival but this was resolved very quickly,absolutely brilliant staff all round,stayed self catering so can't comment on hotel restaurant,large Aldi supermarket just 5 minutes away which had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch,ate out every night in Palmanova,pool quite large and clean and not too crowded,bar staff excellent especially Carlos,a very good member of staff and very friendly,one drawback with the apartment was it's very close proximity to the road that runs past the hotel,very busy during the night so had little sleep between midnight and about 3am,hotel ideally situated for lots of bars and restaurants and just a short stroll into Magaluf if you fancy,all in all would probably book this hotel again if visiting this resort but would ask for room higher up and on other side of pool.

We have recently came back from a family holiday here, it was magnificent, great for families staff very friendly and welcoming... Shop downstairs and a supermarket next door 5min walk to the beach and Magaluf... Not loud and close to everything.... Would definitely return. Thank you very much for an amazing holiday.

Our second visit to this amazing hotel, bar staff especially Carlos , Fran and Aurora are so friendly and go the extra mile.children’s entertainers were so lovely and Irene always made time for our daughter and had a lovely nature with all the kids, facilities all first class and have improved again since our last visit in 2016 , we can’t wait to go back again in 2019!
