This hotel was more like a 3*. The rooms were small. Beds not comfy..too much noise with people shouting and banging doors with no consideration for other guests. Pool area very small and sunbeds far too close together. Food cold all the time and not much variety! Entertainment not good either and staff not very friendly at all. Won't be going back to this hotel!!

Nice, clean hotel. Close to beach and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms good size and cleaned daily. Curtesy room on day leaving was bookable and very very good, clean, with fresh towels. Only thing let down was food repetitive and not always hot and fully inclusive did not cover all drinks. Water was dispenser, so we changed to buying bottled water from local shop after having tummy issues.

Scenic location, a bit remote for shops and bars. Played golf on local course - no complaints, taxis were scarce. Food mostly good -as usual some dishes were barely luke warm. Drinks quality good and queues at bars were small. Entertainment poor with no options near by.

This hotel was amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing all inclusive and adult only Hotel, this the hotel to go to. It’s was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and the hotel was very clean. The area by the pool was great. We always got a sun lounger and the music they played during the day was very relaxing. I would give it 11/10! Would definitely go back... probably next summer!

Hotel really clean staff very friendly and helpful food good but a little repetitive Pool area good always beds available easy walk to beach entertainment in general poor although Beatles tribute and magician good.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel ,food was varied & hot , only the baked beans ,that we had for breakfast . No porridge which was the only disappointment , as it's our much preferred breakfast ,so maybe add that to the breakfast ...was disappointed that many people did not dress up for the evening meal , this is a , 4 star hotel , & some people looked like they had just come off the beach !!! .people clearly taking no notice of the dress code ... Hotel was spotless & the manager always looked the part , & very pleasant . & Approachable . Would defo stay here again , when we next visit Palmonova

Just returned from a 7 night stay and would definitely rebook. Hotel was really clean with very friendly staff. Food was good and I'm a fussy eater but didn't struggle at any meal. We stayed all inclusive great choice of drinks including cocktails. Pool area was great and was easy to find a sun lounger whatever time of day. Day time entertainment was good and if you didn't want to join in you were left alone. Only saw 2 nights entertainment Spanish Elvis not great but Beattles were good.

Brilliant hotel near bus stops and shops bars restaurants staff very friendly and helpful food good desserts a bit reppetive but ok rooms clean towels every day TV English channels manager really nice would return without a doubt

Best Hotel by far! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is amazing. Hotel is immaculate inside and out. Maids tidy room everyday and keep it clean. Could not fault this hotel. Booked up for next year, third year in a row!

The hotel has been refurbished to a good standard and is clean and very comfortable. The staff were swarm,welcoming and very accommodating. The food was excellent with a good choice and variety. All the rooms have all the main UK tv channels.. The pool area had very comfortable lounges and there is a small but excellent children's play area. The location of the hotel was a short easy walk from the beach area.
