Hotel Comodoro Playa

this hotel and its staff never ever disappointed us, we have been to this hotel on several occasions and never had any issues at all. Its always immaculately clean, the staff are all very hard working and always cheerful , well i guess thats why we keep returning

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, food was good, the hotel view was amazing, Only drawbacks the terrace closes 2345hr and customer have to go back to there room, if it can be opened at least until 2 oclk and bar open as well, so that customers can relax and chilled till late Provide with entertainment.

We loved our stay in the hotel from start to end. We were welcomed by friendly staff who provided plenty of information about the hotel, the area, the facilities and were always happy to help throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect and the views are breathtaking! Accommodation is modern. The food was excellent with huge variety and great presentation. The VIP terrace is spacious and towels were provided free of charge. One of our best holidays we’ve had and we will not hesitate to go back!

Stayed there in September 2018 , hotel is good found staff to be very helpful and friendly our waitress in the dining room Georgia was very friendly and helpful it was a real pleasure to be serve by her everyday . The food was good plentiful but not of great choices .All in all we were very please with location great view from our balcony with sea view the door from swimming pool leads straight to the beach which was very handy .

Great location, food limited for choice but what was on offer was ok, pool area small but the beach was just outside the hotel, 2 euros for small bottle of water and charges if you wanted to use the roof terrace

We arrived at this hotel and found the room passable. We asked to pay the fee for WiFi in room which was 20 euros for 5 days. Did not mention it was per person! I asked why only one could connect on to it and the answer was that we could give the code out to others. Free wi fi in the lobby for 2 hours, but my husband only got 1 hour. The weather was very hot when we were there and the air con was very poor..it was about as powerful as a fan on speed 1, so it was very uncomfortable sleeping as the room was so hot. The lobby was very cool but as soon as you enter the lift -the heat hits you. The food was very poor and not much choice. We have stayed in other hotels located in the same sort of setting, and have had no complaints, but with this hotel, i would rate it as 2 stars for accommodation, 4 stars for location. If we had have known what we know now, we would not have stayed here, at it is not worth the money. hotels we have stayed in the past which have had a pool as always been lively with people, poolside bar etc but around this hotels pool none of these things and the atmosphere was very somber. We only used it once. This is the first time I have written a review to complain ,but if it helps someone else to be prepared if they book this hotel then it is a review worth writing. Fantastic location..poor hotel.

Wonderful view that made up for hotel deficiencies You pay for hire of kettle and a lock for the safe - never heard of this before, why not follow international norms? Sort out problems in first day then you can carry on with the holiday enjoyment. Food is very average better to be flexible and eat in surrounding restaurants if you can Room was clean Having said all this hotel was in a great location and we had a mavellous time

the only quibble the all inclusive finished at 2300 and you could not get pints of beer only halves good location and staff very helpful,the beach 2minutes walk ftom hotel the executive sunbating area fantastic

Wonderful friendly hotel with a very close location to the beach. We spent 10 days here in the summer all inclusive and had a great time. All the staff are marvellous and cannot do enough for you. Food and drink was very good and plentiful. A lovely vip roof top area with sun beds and whirlpool baths although you do have to pay extra for. Because it's not a huge hotel you get a lot friendlier service because the staff get to know you a little better. Thirty seconds and your on the beach, or sit around the pool in the hotel although it is a little on the small side in peak season.Rooms were excellent with a great sea view especially if you are high up. I would definitely stay again as we had a wonderful stay there.

Have been coming to Majorca for over 20 years & this hotel is by far the best we have stayed in. Great rooms/restaurants & staff amazing. Especially Pierre, Nick, Carlos & Sergio. Have already booked for 3 weeks next year.

Every thing about this hotel is charming, felt very much at home and comfortable. The location is spot on and the views from the rooms and terrace are stunning, the higher the room the better the view. Will definitely stay here again

I would recommend this hotel it was clean the staff were friendly the rooms were spacious and comfortable fantastic views across the bay . The food was plentiful and loads of choice . It's in a great location next to the beach it's close t the nightlife but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise.i would recommended the Welsh cafe on the promonarde loverly food and very economical.

very clean,excellent service from all the staff,occasional lift problems but quickly dealt with.ideally placed for all the local amenities. could have been a better entertainment programme for customers who wanted to stay in at the hotel,we would definately reccomend this hotel to all our friends who wish to go to palmanova.

Great hotel ,friendly staff , fantastic location really enjoyed our stay there the only thing I would surgest to management is the new sun terrace 20 euros per person per day is unrealistic they should give at least one day free to all inclusive guests or lower the price if they want to retrieve some of the money spent upgrading this area

hotel was spotless.room was comfortable.with extra pillows and blankets.all the staff were helpful .and friendly.all the rooms seemed to have a sea view and what a view.the food was great and plentiful. the location was very handy for bars,shops etc.noticed that there was good provisions made for less able bodied guests with ramps next to steps leading to the bar and dining areas.

Been to this hotel many times, friendly efficient staff. Very clean well kept. Food mostly okay breakfast a little greasy but rest of food very nice and well cooked and presented.very good location with sea views. Has been beautifully renovated but still had kept the character.
