MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Lovely rooms, pleasant staff, good food and facilities. Near to beach, restaurants, shops and bars and plenty of other places to visit easily and cheaply. We would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again..

First impressions upon arrival were great, staff all smiles and greeted with a glass of fizz upon check in. Room we were given was not a pool view room, we had booked a Premium room and got the impression upon booking that it would be a pool view, we had to pay 10 Euro a night extra to move rooms, we did this and got a lovely room with everything in that we needed for our stay. Cleaner for our room was lovely, always replacing the towels every day even when we did not need them changing. Every where is very clean and all the staff are very polite and it is the first Hotel we have ever stayed in where all the staff are friendly and polite. Food was very tasty, but sometimes was cold or at the most warm, never had a meal where we could say it was hot. Sometimes the food was not replenished fast enough, so whilst you were standing waiting for food to be brought out the food on your plate was getting even colder than it already was. Pool and whirpool area was lovely and relaxed, no need to reserve sunbeds, even though some guests did, there was always plenty. Pool towels were available free at reception and you could change them whenever you wanted to. Snacks and drinks were a reasonable price in the daytime from the pool bar. No entertainment for the whole of the stay, even though when booking with Jet 2 it states occasional entertainment so guests tend to go out after the evening meal leaving the hotel very quiet at night after 9pm which was a bit dissapointing, if no one was there they were closing the bar early, we arrived back one night at 11pm and the bar was closing and was told they could serve one drink even thought the opening times until 11.30pm For the whole of our stay we had no air conditioning, we went to reception to report this on 5 occasions but nothing was ever done. Besides a few little niggles our overall stay was enjoyable.

Excellent staff, excellent food. Move the location for evening entertainment to the bar area for better experience. Rooms could be better configured and are strangely dark which is the wrong impression as all of the general areas are spacious and light.

Newly refurbished, adults only hotel in a Puerto Pollensa. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere this has been our third visit and hasn't disappointed at all... we have booked again for next year. Wide variety for breakfast, lunch selection small but good for poolside bar, we did not do dining in this year a but we can see they have worked hard on the evening meal offerings, we are going to add in this option next time. Hotel is set back from the front but for us it did not detract from its attraction.

The Mar Senses is in the perfect location central to the main resturants in puerto pollensa. The suite we had was spacious clean and ideal for our holiday. Loved the food it was so good we didnt eat out. Its also pretty laid back you can wear jeans and men csn wear shorts to dinnerv

room was great. Food was OK. location great. Room was great. Facilities excellent. Food reasonable.Good location. Poolside acceptable. Entertainment not that god. Friendly and caring staff. OK drink prices.

Hotel was lovely. Staff very attentive. My only complaint was the food was very bland. Needed more variety. Plus air conditioning was very poor. Had to insist on room change. Local amenities very good and right on doorstep.
