Villa Singala

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Villa Singala for a week in early June. We have stayed many times before and were delighted to return again this year. The hotel is small but perfectly formed and is modern and spotless. Josep and ALL the team do an outstanding job. Rooms are quite basic but well equipped and the cleaners are exceptional. Buffet breakfast has an excellent choice and the bar lunches on the terrace are recommended. The pool area is ideal for relaxing and the hotel location is perfect with only a short walk into the centre of the town, and minutes from the sea. We will definitely be back again soon. Cannot recommend highly enough !!

Small, friendly well run hotel conveniently situated close to the Pine Walk and a pleasant walk into the town centre. Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean with a good buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money and would definitely return.

The staff were amazing - really kind and friendly and helpful at all times The furnishings were lovely - painted white and fresh - a sense of classical mediterranean style - awesome shower ! Very comfy twin beds - lots of lovely cushions TV had 6 channels in english - including CBEEBIES The cleanliness was excellent - rooms cleaned every day - but trustworthy and not intrusive The balcony was sweet - looked out over the pool - onto the road - to the dazzling white complex opposite against a backdrop of the rolling scrub covered hills The breakfast was great - they ordered soya milk and yoghurt for me on request Two minutes walk to the sea front - and a beautiful 10 minute "Pine Walk" along the sea front to the bars,shops, restaurants and beaches - BUT The walls of the room were quite thin - I could hear people opening and closing their drawers - and using their showers The room over looked a road - despite the double glazing - the noise of the occasional car was disruptive The room was next to a very beautiful stone tiled cavernous stair case - which unfortunately acted as an echo chamber for every sound from the open plan ground floor (reception, lounge, bar, kitchen, dining room ) and the sound of a pair of flapping hard soled sling backs resonated painfully for the extent of all three levels... I use ear plugs - so not so bad - but difficult to sleep past 7.30am - so bed at 10.30 - which put a dampener on the evening social life ..... I was there for relaxation so not too much of an issue - but might be for others.... and one morning some guests arrived at 5am and decided that was a good time to unpack...

We booked the hotel based on the high reviews and we weren't disappointed. Excellent location only 20 yards from the Pine Walk sea front and an immaculate beach with lots of eateries within a short walk. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful and they were only too happy to open the breakfast room early for our return flight. Amazingly their bar prices are VERY reasonable. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Attractive and friendly small hotel on the outskirts of Puerto Pollenca. Very quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and cafes. Just one street back from the beach. Hotel is clean and freshly decorated.

Found this hotel almost by accident, but possibly the best value holiday we have had. After 4 years of "Puerta Pollensa" less holidays we were delighted to be back, and it did not disappoint at all. The owner was amazing, and we have already booked to return next summer. I cannot praise the hotel enough.

A very nice hotel. In a great location at the end of the Pine Walk. Nice and quiet. Lovely 10 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Small beaches nearby and larger beaches not too far away. Good watersports available nearby. Hotel staff very helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good continental breakfast. Excellent lunchtime snacks at the hotel. Rooms good and very handy to have a fridge. First visit to the hotel but will definitely return.

The hotel is very well run and nothing is too much trouble for the Manager and staff. Our room on the second floor had a balcony and was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The hotels location is perfect located at the far end of the pine walk. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Villa Singala is a small, family-run hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The range of food at breakfast time is considerable. Lunchtime snacks can be purchased and the food is very good and reasonably priced. Drinks are reasonably priced.

We were very comfortable staying here. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was good but could be improved. The lunch however was really good and great value for money. We would definitely come back. The situation at the end of the pine walk was very convenient and the walk along the shoreline was really scenic. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Really great stay at this hotel. In a quiet setting just behind Pine Walk. We had a room without a balcony which overlooked the small pool this was fine for us with it being a short 5 night stay. Breakfast is continental, usual pastries, cereal,cheese etc, yogurts, and fruit, all well presented and fresh. Was nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room too. Staff made us feel very welcome and we would be happy to return to this pleasant little gem.

Superb Hotel, staff best ever Good Location The hotel was one of the best have stayed at in a long time From walking in nothing was to much trouble for the staff Always a smile to greet you The cleanliness of the hotel was superb a credit to the cleaners Nice relaxing pool area

We have visited Villa Singala many times and will continue to do so.The staff are excellent and obliging and Josep the manager is knowledgable and helpful.Since we have been there a lift has been installed.Perhaps the rooms and linen etc could be upgraded but we will return. I recommend the pines a short distance away for really good breakfasts lunches and sunday dinners. A suggestion would be sky even as a payable option

Great wee hotel at the end of the Pine Walk.Has a big turn over of returning guests, because everyone enjoys their stay so much. Staff great and rooms very clean,nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Continental breakfast every morning,and they do a lovely lunch if you want to eat there. It's only a couple of minutes from the sea with lots of little sandy beach areas. A short stroll along the Pine Walk at nights takes you to lots of good restaurants,to many to name, for a lovely dinner . Very friendly wee hotel and can't wait to go back.😀😀😄
