Life in the slow lane
With 8km of silky golden sand to play with, you’ll want to spend most of your time doing nothing more than kicking back on a sunbed. Need some shade? Take a short walk to the park and pop yourself down on a tree-shaded bench with a good book, then have a little nosy in the souvenir shops nearby.
Easy-going evenings
Things are pretty low-key on the after-dark scene here, but you can still do a good bit of bar hopping. Most of the action takes place on the restaurant terraces around the central square, and a couple of the beach bars turn up the tempo with DJ sets until late. Want to make a bigger night of it? Non-stop Sunny Beach is a 40-minute taxi ride down the road.
