Perfect,, what else can I say about this hotel,, perfect in every way, from booking in to leaving,, perfect,, food, staff,, rooms,, quality,, value for money,, cleanliness,, service,, quietness,,, just perfect,, it must be because we've been 4 prevoius times and already rebooted for Dec 24

Very nice and very clean throughout lovely staff and food and our room a had a lovely sea view and sun beds on balcony only little thing was the hill down which wasn't that bad to be honest otherwise great

Great hotel in Gothic quarter, friendly efficient staff. Good breakfast and the pool area was nice to chill out after a day of sightseeing. I would have given this a 5 star review, on our last evening found that an item of clothing was missing, checked behind the bed to see if cleaner had accidentally moved it making the bed. Looking under bed we found live insects. We reported this to reception. Overall a great stay just marred by the item of clothing not been found.

Great place to stay. It’s at the top of a hill but there is the bus stop just around the corner: (number 3 bus)We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great plenty of choices. The staff were great and friendly. Overall a good holiday and nice place to stay.

Great Hotel, Food and Staff Exceptional. The entertainment although short in duration was enjoyable. The Happy Hour at the pool and music bar were great and chance for fellow guests to have a laugh at each other. No noisy guests - a lovely holiday all round.

The hotel was everything we needed for a relaxing week away, our room had all the facilities, we went half board but it was still nice to have a fridge to cool our beer/wine and milk for a cup of tea before breakfast. We really like the comfy double sunbeds outside our room too. There were two happy hours, one at the pool bar and another in the main bar, which made the drinks very reasonable while the entertainment was on. The hotel is quite a walk from the main beach front, but we like a walk so this didn't bother us, and there is a bus stop just a short walk away and taxi's are plentiful. All in all a very enjoyable stay

Hotel was beautiful, reception staff very helpful, rooms very clean constantly by domestic staff. But for entertainment in particular children's programme and evening mini disco absolutely rediculous until the one day the hotel was under inspection you would have thought you were sitting at a completely different pool ?? Pool bar was lovely but lounge in evening was terrible prices 1 local beer 1 25ml gin/tonic 1 water £15 Location perfect for old town and ten minute walk to strip where you will find lots to do and places to eat. We were half board first 6 out of ten days food was lovely then rapidly went down hill. 2 days pool bar had no ice creams or lollies when asked staff answer was

Out of the way. step walk uphill to return too. entertainment bad on evenings food ok. not good for children's entertainment. rooms small, staff friendly. very quiet hotel not much going on during the day. needs more of an atmosphere

Very pleasant stay. Couple of minor room defects,sorted almost immediately. Staff very nice,room cleaned 6 days a week, Only slight downside, it's on a hill, so not so handy if you're elderly, and pool was a bit chilly brrrrr

This hotel was very good, swimming pool excellent, breakfast and dinner lots of choices nice quality food,one drawback was you was expected to buy water at lunch this should be included, the lady on reception was lovely could not do enough for you. The apartment was quiet and well kept, good area too not far from the shops. Would return enjoyed it very much.

Property was excellently maintained, there was not anything out of place, the food was very good, rooms cleaned every day, the pool area was well maintained and very clean and there was always room in the restaurant without having to wait. Just thought the living area in the apartment was on the small side for 4 adults.

We spent a fantastic week here for my partners 50th birthday the apartments are huge the hotel is so clean the staff were friendly and the pool area devine. Cannot fault it food was varied and of a high standard service was faultless. We will definitely return. Close to everything minutes from the ocean

Stayed here at the end of February going into March for 11 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are very friendly, the service in the reception and dining room are first class and the food is probably the best I've had half board, huge selection at breakfast and different food served each night for dinner. Hotel location was good for us as a young couple up at the back of the resort but could be a problem with anyone with mobility issues. However the resort is full of taxi's and costs only 3 euros. Rooms are excellent, maid service each day couldn't be faulted, in fact they did an outstanding job. Nice sized kitchenette and plenty of supermarkets close by to make your own lunch. Top tip, try and catch the Puerto del Carmen carnival, great experience. Oh and hire a car, roads are very quiet everywhere except Arrecife.

This hotel was lovely and had all the amenities we needed for a lovely holiday.We would recommend this hotel and will definately be going there again.the staff could not do enough for us it was very good.
