Ereza Los Hibiscos Apartments

The staff were extremely rude and seem to care when told. The food options and quality of the food was terrible. The rooms were okay however we had an ant infestation throughout our stay and our bathroom door didn’t close properly. We also got a double room which was just 2 single beds pushed together.

The rooms are good everything clean and the food was good ,overall it was a good holiday. Better if there are only two adults because of the beds. There is a steep hill outside the hotel so be aware if you have any trouble walking. Plenty of shops and restaurants and a lovely promenade for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is at the top of Porta del Carmen but we enjoyed it. Just a nice size hotel not too big, food very good.

The staff especially on reception lovely hotel always kept clean what let the hotel down was the food for an all inclusive the restaurant is very small and not a lot of choice at all, this would be better at most as a b and b you can eat cheaply out lots of food places nearby we struggled to find anything to eat from the restaurant each day alot of people complaing about the food and walking out and eating elsewhere,there is no entertainment at all here which i didnt realise thought all inclusive places had entertainment but was to late to change hotels, the hotel tried to make it an all inclusive but dont think it works for here again though is a lovely hotel right near the beach clean and staff very pleasant and helpful

Fab refurb. Very clean. Good food but very repetitive. No air conditioning have to hire fan have to pay for wifi queue for sunbeds in a morning or no chance . Half staff ok other very miserable. All inclusive bar stops at 11 and throw I out of bar at 11 to sit on terrace which they turn lights out on you 10 minutes later need to buy candles. Such a shame as could be excellent as so close to amenities. Highly recommended jordys bar and rendezvous bar opposite so friendly.

Good clean apartments down side food not good restaurant like workers canteen have had better food in truck stop beer wasn't great half way through hol went down town for breakfast and evenig meals location was great

Clean apartment. Mattress was hard, asked 3 times for a topper but never arrived. Bought a lilo. Not a great choice of food for it being all inclusive. Had to wait outside restraunt on a few occasions for a table. Not a great choice in bar drinks neither. So went out most of the time. Pool was smaller than pictures wen viewing on line. Couldn't get a sun lounger unless we queued early to get one. So never relaxed round the pool. Was handy to the bars and resteraunts which was a good thing. As we ate and drank out the majority of the time. So all inclusive here is a no no.

Very clean apartments friendly staff. Food average sometimes cold. Not a great deal of choice. Could not walk about apartment with your bare feet as they got black. Quite a hill to apartments from down town ,not ideal for people with walking difficulties.
