Hotel THB Flora

Absolutely amazing hotel. The attention to detail was outstanding. Top service from everyone at hotel especially Guest Relations and poolside waiters . Top quality alcoholic and soft drinks . Food great , hotel rooms luxurious and housekeeping kept room immaculate. Pools and private beach were spotless. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat

We love the THB Flora hence why we keep returning. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and although the location is at the top of a steepish hill, we don’t find if a problem as it’s nice and quiet, and a short walk from the lovely Old Town and main strip. The loungers do get taken quite early but I guess that happens anywhere in this day and age. We self cater so couldn’t comment on the food, but the facilities are great with a nice little on site shop. The rooms are really nice too, and well equipped with aircon. We’ll definitely be returning. Thanks to all at THB Flora!

Stayed here for a week All Inclusive with my wife and two kids 8 and 12yrs old. Really good place for a holiday. Requested a pool view room and we were given a 1st floor room with great views of the pool and sea from our balcony. Greeted on arrival with a bag of food due to our late check in which was a great touch. Staff from check in to the day we left couldn’t have be more friendly or helpful. Our room was clean, fresh and cleaned by the very friendly staff every day.We had an issue with a broken safe lock which was promptly repaired by the on site maintenance staff. The food was good quality and had a great selection to choose from. They also changed the choices daily. Drinks are served from the pool bar during the day and the indoor bar at night. The staff are a credit to this hotel as they are always friendly and willing to help. Pool is great for all ages with guards for safety and also the splash park for the kids to have fun. If you don’t want to buy floaties try at the back left hand side of the pool we left ours along with a few others. Night entertainment was a good laugh and again the staff were all friendly and helpful. The walk into town isn’t as bad as people make out, the shops and the beach are only 5/10mins walk away. Local ATM and Supermarket etc is 2mins along the road.All in all a great hotel for our first trip to Lanzarote and will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for making this a great holiday 💙☀️👌

This is a beautiful place to stay. The pool was lovely and staff around the pool helpful. Room was spacious. The bed was unsuitable for sleeping in. Was reported and they attempted to fix but this failed. I ended up sleeping in the sofa bed while husband slept the bedroom in half the bed. Reported unsuitable guest behaviour in the next room to receptionist one evening no nothing was done. I assume too much alcohol.

I fount the flora 2 a great base for our self catering family holiday. We were in a spacious 2 bedroom appartment around the pool facilities were great and cleaning staff almost every day. A special mention to Rosa x We will be back butcwouls hope for an appartment poolside - think thats what made the holiday perfect.

I never write reviews but feel I really want to for this hotel. From the minute me and my family walked into the THB Flora we were impressed. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and polite. Everything is so clean and the views just by the pool are beautiful. The food was so good! We weren't expecting much having only been all inclusive a few times myself when I was single, now with my husband, 2 children (10 and 5yrs) and 6 other family members aged 1 to 56 years we were blown away with what was on offer. Fresh salad and fruit every day. Standard stuff for the children and great choice for the adults. From fresh fish to steak prepared fresh, how you want whilst you wait. Burgers, a different range of meats, sushi, lasange and sides like rice, noodles, roast potatoes. Breakfast had something for everyone, you could even wait for omelette or fried eggs cooked in front of you how you wanted it. San Miguel was the beer on tap Inc white, red and rose wines. A wide range of sprits and even did alcohol free cocktails for the kids. They would cook you snacks you ordered from the bar between meal times and always had ice cream available for you to take. The entertainment team were great, my family who never get involved with any activities in hotels were off playing water polo, darts, archery and bowls. There was no pressure from anyone to join in but even my dad who is a sit by the pool eating and drinking not talking to anyone kind of guy won himself a few certificates which he liked to rub in people's faces alittle. My 5 year old loved kids club, mini golf and crafts etc he made a few friends that he then looked for round the pool. It gave him the confidence to join in at the evening entertainment. He loved one of the staff who was great with the kids, I think his name was Ricky, gave my son a hug when he found out we were leaving and expressed how he had really enjoyed getting to know Kai and watching his personality grow over the holiday. The pool, rooms, outside areas and restaurant was spotless all the time. We saw people cleaning constantly and they were all so friendly. We had 2 tvs in our room which was very modern and looked just like the photos. We had a proper sofa with a bed that pulls out from underneath for the kids. My dad has never been to Lanzorote and will never go to the same place twice but he would be happily return to this hotel. We are surprised it's only 3*. Couldn't fault it, couldn't recommend it enough!

Staff were all so friendly. Food was nice and lots of different varieties the only problem was that it wasn't hot enough. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Pool was a good size just quite cold when you 1st got in.

Worst we’ve been treated at any hotel first day we unpacked two hrs later a man enter the room and headed to the bath room then left he could not speak English twenty minutes later he enter again to the bathroom and we heard a bang and the feaus from all the other rooms as we were the last room on a slope filled our room no management came us all day just us walking about in the clothes we arrived in they wanted us to go back to same room the jet 2 rep went in and there was still feasus in there and it stank wife was ill for five days so I had to look after which spoiled my holiday put us 4 different rooms and offered us free coin for washing our clothes no apology management ignored us put a complaint into jet 2 but haven’t heard back before I look at different avenues

On first stepping into our room we noticed the tv was missing from the wall in the bedroom but as we were in a junior suite there was another tv in the room off the bedroom. We did report it but even after our week's stay the missing tv didn't arrive. The beds were basically two single camp beds pushed together - Ikea springs to mind! They were incredibly noisy n squeaky n the mattresses were awful..didn't get a decent nights sleep the whole week. We were staying in flora 1 n were only aware of another pool in flora 2 by another visitor after 3 days into our hol as we weren't informed there was a quieter pool by staff at reception.. All in all we were a bit disappointed as we had heard good reviews on trip advisor but for the money we paid we certainly didn't expect camp beds to sleep in. The view from our balcony was hindered by a view of trees - nothing like the views from the other rooms by the pool. We didn't stay in the hotel very much as we preferred the beach but would have been better if we got a decent nights sleep. Also we needed maintenance to fix our door lock as we couldn't lock the door from the inside. It was just okay but we won't be back..need my sleep to feel as if I've had a holiday..back and neck still painful! Bed linen wasn't changed but towels were replenished often enough.

Lovely hotel staff and rooms are first class can't fault it hhad a great holiday going back next year loved it anyone who gives it less than 5 or 4 stars to me they areally are to fussy the staff work realy hard and always have time to help you if you need them the food spot on

We feel the holiday was missed sold to us for the following reasons:- On arrival at the Hotel we were told our self catering apartment was over the road and the gates closed at 8.30 pm due to security, so after that time you had to walk through the underpass which took you a further 10 minutes to get to your apartment, when the taxi drop you outside the gates.The gates should be closed at all time for security and you should have had a card reader to access the site. We find the pool on our side of the road had no facility to get a drink or something to meat. If wanted a drink or something meat you had a 10 minute’s walk each way through the underpass which was steep coming back. Being over 60 years old this was hard and was only carried out once. All of which wasn’t explained in the WEB site when booking the holiday, very disappointed.

The hotel was filthy the staff are over worked.the food is awful and no labelling. The pool area was awful if you are happy to leave your towel on the floor at 6 am and then fight for sunbeds at 9 is great ! It's advertisedry as 200 meters from shops.... they are all shut down. It's not suitable for prams or old people this is no 3 star hotel

Apartments great and staff very helpful. Stayed self catering. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Would definitely go back. Nice change of scenery and not far from strip. Nice walk and not too hilly.

Enjoyed this hotel, we stayed all inclusive and really enjoyed ourselves. Can't really fault the hotel. Good food, good service, really nice staff and super friendly. Pool is cleaned every morning and staff welcome you at each meal.
