Superb complex, staff are very friendly, cleaners work tirelessly daily to keep everything clean. Stay here regularly and would highly recommend. Location is central to everything, with a supermarket on the end of the street.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The service is excellent. The staff are so helpful. It is situated at the back of the Strip in a peaceful location. Just five minutes walk to the front. The apartments are very well equipped. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished apartments which are beautiful, although the standard apartments we stayed in previously are comfortably furnished. Towel change every other day. Pool areas are immaculate. Their little bar serve drinks all day and some delicious snacks. Happy hour 5 pm to 6 pm!! I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We booked one of the refurbished rooms in August. Arriving late there was someone there from the bar to greet us. We found the rooms clean, the staff friendly & was surprised with the addition of a lifeguard around the children’s pool which was a brilliant bonus (think this may just be in high season). We had no issues, the pool areas were clean and well maintained. The bar was nice to have a drink in & we had a few lunches as well which were nice & it was handy to have. Shop just around the corner and 5 mins walk to the main strip on the beach. Had a brilliant time!

4th visit in 2 years, love the place. Apartments getting refurbished now so will be even better ! Ideal location, friendly staff, pools clean, apartments clean, what more do you need ? Looking forward to going back.

Superb holiday, lovely hotel couldn't fault this at all. Love the entrance, staff very friendly and helpful and cleaning staff very clean, could not fault this hotel at all. So near to the strip where everything is going on, the hotel very clean and maintenance staff constantly on the go all the time. The hotel staff wasn't in your face all the time but were there straight away if you needed anyone..........SUPERB!

Brilliant hotel and great friendly staff nothing is a bother to them . Room are clean and everything you want if self catering, maids in every day and do a great job, fresh towels every day and bed changed twice a week , the hotel is a quiet one and the Main Street is just down the road, and a supermarket just around the corner, the hotel is very safe so never any bother, and you get a key for the main gate as locked at night, the old town is just a short taxi ride away, I would definitely come back here to stay.

Just back from week in the sun. Lovely room. Enough equipment to cook a basic meal. Food prices quite high but what we did buy was tasty. All staff very pleasant. And rooms are fairly big. Cleaned every other day. Sheets changed half way through week.

The apartment was nice & clean, towels and bedding changed regularly, beds were comfy, we stayed in room 211 which had a pool view and got the sun on the balcony most of the day till early evening. There is a local spar just 2 mins walk away, Central location 5 mins walk to the front near the casino, 2 pools the one opposite our room was heated, plenty of sunbeds to go round even though people put there towels on to reserve them at 6am. We thought the food and drink in the bar area was quite expensive so we ate out every evening.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was very comfortable and tidy. Staff came in everyday to clean and change the towels. Plenty sun beds but people were reserving their beds and not using them until after they had they breakfast. Bar staff are pushed to the limit and I think an extra person helping would take the pressure off them. 5 minute walk to the strip. Spar and pizza parlour at the bottom of the street approx 2 minutes away. Would definitely return again.

Allocated a dark miserable one bed apt on the ground floor in one corner of the block. Looked out onto walls from bedroom and lounge and doors onto terrace faced a road with vans are cars parked as it wa a main road! We discovered there were apartments underneath us too! Required lights on during the day whenever we were inside the apartment. As we had arrived on a Sunday, we had to wait until. monday to request a change of apartment. We were told by the receptionist that this was what we had booked with jet2 and if we wanted to move it would cost us €10 per room per night for the remainder of our stay but we couldn't be moved until the following day! The attitude of the lady on reception wasn't friendly or sympathetic but I couldn't begin to enjoy my holiday whilst staying in that apartment so we paid up! Bar staff informed us we weren't in the worse room on the complex! Three days in pot the holiday, we moved to a ground floor apartment with a pretty terrace overlooking the quiet pool which seemed 100% better but during the evenings we had problems with cockroaches inside the accommodation! Been travelling to Lanzarote for years and I expect to see the odd one whilst out and about, but never had a recurring problem with them, both in the lounge area and in the bathroom. I did not enjoy my stay at these apartments at all and would not return nor recommend. Sofa very uuncomfortable. Beds were very hard, rooms not cleaned as often as I expected, emptied my own bins most days and payment was required if you wanted to use a parasol - €3 per day!!
