Perfect family resort, small and friendly, ideal location on the edge of los Cristianos. Lots to do without travelling far. Very clean, all the facilities you need. Good choice of food and drinks. Staff very helpful

Rooms superb and very clean. The entertainment was very professional although a couple were more aimed at children which was disappointing as after the watershed but the acts that were adult appropriate were excellent. Food was plentiful and hot, staff were terrific. My only negative was that there is no assistance to take and collect luggage to the room which in our case was at the top. Not normally an issue but as I was recovering from a hip op and we had our 8 month old grandchild it made it difficult. Although put of town easily accessible by taxi and normally it would be about a half hour walk to the centre. Overall a great stay.

Just come back from 7 nights at this lovely hotel. There were 13 in our group and we enjoyed every minute, especially the kids. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Non-stop food and drinks all day, every day. I would have liked to stay longer. Will definitely go back there.

Beautiful accommodation near Los Christianos and Playa de Las Americas, 5 euro to centre of Las Americas, beautiful accommodation, cleaned regularly, food is great, something for all tastes,staff happy and helpful. A great place for a wonderful holiday

There is nothing to fault with the hotel or staff whatsoever they are constantly working and keeping everything safe and very clean. The food was delicious and always something for everyones different taste and done different kinds of meals each night there is one particular waiter with black hair in a little bobble who was always very helpful and would go out of his way to help the same as the Scottish receptionist I didn't catch their names this is definitely somewhere I would take the children next time just don't go with jet2

We traveled with Jet2 as always, they are the best holiday company we have used, but this hotel let them down, since what they (jet 2) have on the web is not what is at the hotel. Some rooms (which we got) are dark and depressing, no views and poorly furnished. The food is very poor and the place needs a re-think. Service in the restaurant...well forget it! You may end up sitting at a table with others you don't know and the hotel staff don't care! However; Jet2 resolved my problem with immediate effect, excellent company and excellent realistic staff. Do not go to this hotel.

Stayed for a week in October 2018, great accommodation friendly helpful staff great atmosphere very family friendly, everything was as described in brochure, air conditioned coach to beach, staff knowledgeable of area, very clean resort, designated smoking areas food was average but edible cocktails were rubbish ready made

I’ll keep this short because I’m just going to echo what’s already been said. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the food plentiful and absolutely delicious. Expect to put weight on!. Nice touch includes the towel swap service. No need whatsoever to upgrade to premium all inclusive and no awkwardness around using regular AI. We didn’t bother with the night entertainment but didn’t need to - our two bedroom room was beautiful!. This is a great hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate going back

We have just came home from a fantastic week here loved every minute. Rooms were spotless staff very friendly great with kids especially stefene , food much the same everyday but always something there for the family,

Stayed in Gran Oasis Resort mid June’18 with 2 daughters (4 and 1yrs) and husband and genuinely could not fault anything at all! We stayed in room 89 (golf course view) and apartments were absolutely lovely. Rooms cleaned daily, all the hotel areas spotless. Always a great selection of food and always tasty. There was never any trouble to get the sun loungers in the morning, but we were there not in high season. Swimming pools always clean and not overcrowded. However, what makes this hotel so great is their staff. We’ve never came across more helpfull, friendly staff. Special thank you to Gerardo and Pepe at reception-speedy and very friendly, but at the same time, informative check in and in general ‘happy to help’ attitude. Also, Katy and Cheik are wonderful with kids and made our girls giggle at every single meal time! Would highly recommend and would love to go back in a future!

We have just returned from a weeks all inclusive stay at this great hotel. Going through the doors we were greeted at the main reception by Pepe who we had a laugh with and quickly got us checked in then gave us all the information we required including hotel map, free bus times, busiest / quietest times at the restaurant etc. The food was great with a huge choice every day with different themes, there were some occasions were some of the food was warm which you find at most buffets but it was still nice and tasty and very enjoyable. From the Maitre De (think his name was Luis) to the staff in the restaurant everyone was pleasant and friendly and everything ran like clockwork with tables / spillages being cleared away immediately so more than impressed with the restaurant. The outside areas were kept immaculate at all times with any signs of litter / empty glasses being quickly removed. Our room was a duplex and very impressed from walking in through the door, very clean, well presented and a lovely fresh smell. Living area was on the main floor with fully equipped kitchen ( big bottle of water in the fridge ) and sofa, 2 chairs, dining area, flat screen tv with BBC 1 & 2, ITV 1 and Channel 4 and balcony with sea view and overlooking the golf course. Downstairs had a large bedroom with another flat screen tv, ample wardrobe storage with private patio containing a covered log bed (not sure of the proper name lol but very nice), also downstairs was a massive bathroom with walk in shower. Air con upstairs and downstairs. The entertainment at night started with the mini disco for kids followed by the grown up entertainment from 20:15 to 22:00 (not sure if the entertainment is different in the summer as it was January and quieter). My only regret about this holiday was that I wish we booked 2 weeks instead of 1 week. The hotel has a motto of “ Be Happy” and every member of staff lived up to that motto and ensured all guests (from what I saw) were Happy. Now the rules of the sun beds- towels can be put down at 08:30 but someone needs to stay with them, the beds can be left unattended after 09:00 for an hour. If the beds are unattended at 08:30 or after 10:00 the towels are removed and taken to reception. You may get lucky and get away with leaving them unattended but not worth the risk. Top Tip: If you are All Inclusive turn the fastener on your band to face outwards whilst in the shower, if not you could have a nasty injury lol.

Service was superb - nothing was too much trouble. Choice of food was good. The middle pool was great for kids and was warm. Definitely worth a return visit in the future. Very clean and safe. All the family loved it.
