Tigotan

Recently returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. Everything was as described. Lovely room, great food and great location. Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel manager took the time to chat with everyone to find out their thoughts on the hotel and if they had any ideas of improvement. Never had that before.

Love this hotel, its so relaxing yet there are things going on daily such as pool activities, daytime theatrical shows eg: acrobatics, dance, fashion and pool foam party. Food is excellent with a massive selection to cater for all nationalities, at breakfast everything is covered including 'champagne breakfast' black and red caviar as well as the usual cereals, fruits eggs, sausage, bacon, omlettes cooked fresh to name a few. Evening is well catered for with soups, salads, meats including entrocote steak cooked to your liking, vegetables, fish and more followed by sweets and desserts, ice cream etc. Rooms are very clean and spacious with an in-room safe and fridge. very comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Hotel in a good position situated in a quieter part but only 10 mins walk from various bars and 15 mins from the Hard Rock cafe and shopping area, a further few minutes and you are on the beach, what more can you want?

This was our fourth time at this hotel and you can not fault it, all staff friendly food really good, animation team works really hard and the entertainment was enjoyable if you want a really good holiday in Tenerife stay at the Tigotan

This hotel is perfect for a chillaxin hotel. Very clean n friendly place, could of had chilled out music on around the pool but the entertainment team work endlessly hard to entertain. We Would definitely recommend n go back tomorrow.

Spent 2 weeks at end of March The hotel is lovely food was great although breakfast was sometimes not very hot. Our room was not the best on ground floor overlooking some long grass and a wall. No sun and you could hear running waste water run from upstairs day and night. We were offered change of room but too much hassle and why didn't they give us the better room in the first place as we we're staying 2 weeks. The roof top pool is lovely and all the pools were warm. Entertainment was good too. Hotel very clean.staff very good and helpful.

Excellent hotel, large clean rooms and accessible balcony. Wife a wheelchair user so loved the fact that several sunbeds reserved for disabled. Was a queue for putting towels on sunbeds which wasn't necessary since always spare available. Very good access to pool. Had an adapted room with walk in shower. Would go to this hotel again.
