As you may already know, the Spanish authorities have updated travel requirements for entering mainland Spain and the Canary Islands.

The good news is your holiday’s going ahead. However, these new requirements from the Spanish authorities mean children aged 12-17 who aren’t fully vaccinated won’t be able to enter the country.

So if you’re travelling on or before 10 January 2022 with a child aged 12-17 who isn’t fully vaccinated, you have the following options:

  • Amend admin-fee-free to a different date or destination: If the total cost increases when amending your booking, you’ll need to pay the difference. 
  • Cancel and get a full refund: You’ll get a full refund, excluding non-refundable fees such as travel insurance and previous cancellation costs. This will be credited to the card(s) you paid with within the next 14 days, in the same number of instalments you paid in. This may happen across several days, so keep an eye on the card(s) that you paid with.

If you’d like to amend or cancel your booking but the criteria above doesn’t apply to you, our normal cancellation terms and conditions apply.

Step 2: Amend or cancel your booking
Confirm your amendment or cancellation.
Step 3: Wait for us to respond to your change
If you’ve chosen to cancel, we’ll do that automatically. If you’ve decided to amend, a member of our friendly Customer Service team will be in touch.
