Park Hotel & Spa

We stayed here 23/5/22 for 7 nights - booked viaJet 2. Everything about this place was great :- Reception Team professional, friendly and helpful. (Nico is the go to man for all your needs) Restaurant & Bar Staff friendly and polite (always smiling) Hotel and rooms immaculate, tastefully designed and furnished Felt like a 5* hotel in every aspect to me.

We recieved a friendly welcome upon arrival from the owner and was then shown around the facilities and to our room. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and really well decorated - looked like a new refurbishment. The food was great with a good selection, however on some evenings if we weren't down early some of the really popular food was gone and was not replenished (e.g. the lamb) which was a shame. There was an abundance of comfortable sunbeds, more than enough for everyone. Lunch prices at the bar were a little expensive compared to further in town, but were of good quality. Really nice relaxed atmosphere during the day, but lacking an atmosphere on an evening, however the town is only a five minute walk away. Overall really nice stay.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff were very approachable and friendly. Location was a 10 minute walk from the beach. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a spot of Greece.

Great relaxing easy going clean and modern hotel. One minus point, squash not real fruit drinks at breakfast seems a bit tight, but the coffee was Good! No sunbed wars, and plenty of room. Hotel set just outside tsilivi main st 5 min walk to bars etc and 10 mins to beach. We will be re booking .

Lovely hotel, lovely staff .Food was good, rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The hotel throughout looked to be very clean and well maintained. We often went for our evening meal and then came back to the hotel for drinks, lovely comfy sofas and chairs to sit back and relax and watch the large screen TV with dimmed relaxing lighting. Hotel staff are all friendly and pleasant. We got the choice of a Deluxe Room (pool view) or the room we had booked which was a superior double - which we stayed with for no reason really, we were happy with the room and balcony, it didn't have a great view but that didn't really bother us. The bed was comfy enough and so were the pillows. Tea, coffee, sugar and tiny pots of milk were provided as well as a very clean kettle and stirrers. We did buy our own milk though just because we prefer more. I had a lovely Swedish massage in the spa downstairs, from a lovely young lady, it was very nice. You have to go down to book in (if the door is open, she is available, if it's closed she is busy) . The location is fine, it's a 10 minute stroll to local shops and amenities and 10/15 mins to the nice sandy beach where you can get a sun bed for the day for €7. We really enjoyed the evening meals at Calypso, decent prices and nice staff. There are a few cocktail bars and usual normal bars, all friendly . It's not rowdy or anything either.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The town is only a 10 minute walk away and the beach approx. 20 minutes, leisurely walk. There is a mini bus from the hotel if wanted but we enjoyed our walk each day. The staff are all lovely and the hotel is pristine. We booked half board but ate out 3 times during the week for a change. The food was plentiful but only mediocre but could not expect more for the price. The only down side was that I had requested twin beds as I was travelling with a girl friend and when we arrived there was only a double bed available. As the hotel was full, we were told we could move in a couple of days. However, my friend could sleep on a clothes line so had no problem using the sofa bed for the week.

We have just come back from zante and the hotel was better than we expected as we had read reviews from other people saying staff weren't very friendly or helpful we found them the complete opposite. The hotel was very clean and the room we had was lovely.

Absolutely fantastic hotel very attentive & genorous hotel manager nothing was a trouble to him.one of the best hotels I have stayed in & I've stayed in a few no complaints at all & would highly recommend it.

13/09/2016 to 27/09/2019 just come back from 2 weeks in zante (tsilivi) park hotel I can honestly say it was a lovely hotel modern lovely and clean lovely people working there especially the boss who was more than helpful nothing to much trouble we went for my sisters birthday so there was a party of 11 on my sisters birthday the we ordered some champagne and a cake to be made ....which we were prepared to pay for but the boss would not except any money which was a lovely thing to do.when we went home he even give us a small gift for each room never had hospitality like that before tsilivili itself is a small relaxing island....if I was to return I would 100 % stay in this hotel.

Hotel nice, not once was I greeted by any of the staff for breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was ok , evening meal was not to my taste as it was self serves , would like to be served on holiday . When asking for ice from the bar for a drink in my room I was given 3 pieces and told if I needed any Was told to ask reception . I replyed to the waiter I didn't realise reception done ice , basically they wanted me to buy drinks from the bar , at 6 euros for a bottle of beer my money would not go far . To top it all asked the owner of the hotel on several occasions could we pay to keep our room on at a extra cost he decided to tell us 1 hour before check out with a smile on his face saying not possible . Will not be returning back to park hotel

Wonderful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. If visiting this hotel, would recommend you make use of all facilities - restaurant, pool and spa. Easy walk into busier end of Tsvili.
