Had 9 days there at end of Feb to surprise some ( older) friends Sunny 22C days, coolish wind now & then. We enjoyed beautiful fresh breakfast buffets and strolls up and down the sea front, meandering in and out of shops, having a coffee and cake etc As the Hotel is sea front our room had a lovely view of the pool and the sea, and I spent many a relaxing hour with a coffee & my kindle sat on the Balcony Evenings were spent at the Hotels ‘Beach’ restaurant where we had wonderful fresh fish, steaks etc Back to the bar for some decent entertainment ( especially Elvis, and the soul sisters, and the strings duet) Comfortable beds, and the sound of the sea meant great sleep, and lovely showers with Rituals toiletries provided Only one complaint. There are 2 rooftop pools and one ground floor pool. None were heated - they were as cold as ice. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay, and I would love to return!

I carnt fault this hotel really friendly staff carnt do enough for you Food is lovely with so much choice I added evening meals after the first day for the week with no problems. Housekeeping came everyday during my stay This hotel is right on the beach with plenty of shops and the old town just a short walk away. What made my stay even more memorable was the lovely guy who unexpectedly knocked on my door with room service bringing me a lovely ice bucket with a lovely bottle of wine hand written card and a box of jellied fruit for my birthday What a lovely touch and totally unexpected. Plenty of sunshine good food comfortable bed and great shower. Would definitely stay here again Thanks guys for a really memorable stay.

Not good value for money. Upgraded to 'The Level' at a cost of €420 fro the week for which the only real benefit was a guaranteed subbed and a quieter spot for breakfast. The staff were friendly and efficient but overalll, the best word to describe the hotel is average.

The hotel clearly shows preference to Spanish clients. Dining room an absolure shambles. Cold food, poor selection and long q's!! Would not recommend this hotel nor stay there again. We had a Level room which was fine but not worth the extra charge.

Excellent hotel for adults. The hotel is in 2 blocks facing the sea with a small pool. Though the pool is small it is a new one and the whole area around the pool has been improved. The rooms have been changed with new facilities such as lovely bathrooms with walk in showers and new furniture. Floors 1 to 4 are the older type of room but have lovely wood furniture and carpets. The food in the hotel is excellent with lots of variety to choose from and the hot food is hot. At the side of the hotel there is a lift up to the old town which is very convenient if you don't want a walk up the hill to the town. Staff are extremely helpful.

Lovely hotel very clean lovely food friendly staff and great location beach just over the road plenty of little shops supermarkets places to eat and lovely little bars taxis right outside of the hotel and bus stops not too far away

Lovely hotel would definatly go again but not over the Christmas period. Many restaraunts and shops closed due to Spain not celebrating the festive period. Dissapointed that they do nothing on Christmas Day even though they were many English people Plus German and Dutch etc staying at the hotel. Pool very small unsure how they go on in summer when hotel is full.

excellent hotel on the beach, good staff and food, only tip is to time your visit to restaurant to avoid bus parties, minor issue worth walk along promenade for small cafes and bars , also small shops. worth visit to town centre although can be a bit of a climb, lift available at small fee, 50cents while we were there

The food quality was ok but the service was not up to scratch,sometimes you still had your starter dishes on your table when you were on dessert, quite often we would have to stand up and put our plates on any table near by that was available.The location was excellent very close to everything and opposite the beach.The swimming pool is tiny not often i can swim 20 lengths in 2 minutes :). The bedroom was nice but dont take to large a suitcase as there is no where to unpack it at all very limited wardrobe and drawer space.

Room and service brilliant but the dining experience was like eating in a works canteen. The tables had no table cloths just mats. The volume of people trying to access the food on the buffet was unacceptable. We were there for a week on half board and the number of people seemed to increase every day, on the last evening it was so bad you couldn't reach the food. This hotel is used more for bus trips for 1 or 2 days at a time and has customers from all nationalities. Would not recommend if you are looking for a British holiday hotel with entertainment

Excellent location on beach, very clean, friendly staff,good choice of food. Very well run hotel overall. Very busy when we were there but service not affected in any way. Drinks in restaurant and bar good price especially for 4 star hotel
