Aparthotel Flora

These apartments are clean and well kept. Lovely pool area. Friendly helpful reception staff. We used these apartments as a base for a cycling holiday. Hotel has bike storage or you can keep your bike in your room. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants to choose from.

we had a great holiday at the Aparthotel Flora.We have stayed at the Aparthotel Flora for the last 4 years and have never had any complaints.The rooms are very clean and all the staff from reception to the cleaning staff are all very friendly.Would recommend to any body.The beech is about 100 metres from the hotel.

cleanliness was spot on room laundry changed every day pool area cleaned and cared. for staff and cleaners would do anything for you .would use flora again and children would love it.this hotel is in the heart of puerto pollenca very safe area and central to all facilities

Fantastic family friendly accommodation. The resort is amazing. Beautiful beaches and you can walkout for what seems like miles in the sea. Fantastic restaurants, you'd have to go for 6 months to eat at them all. Will definitely go back .

We Flew with Jet 2 for the first time from east Midlands, Parking the car was a breeze , short walk to departure, Jet 2 staff guided us to check in desks Fantastic checked in within 10mins and there were a lot of people BRILL, Security /customs loads of people but no more than 10mins we were through but very efficient, then onwards to the departure lounge and Duty free. The walk to the Gate was a bit long but suppose it depends where your going, more seats at departure gates 16, jet2 staff great air hostesses very good on aircraft ,, Greeted in in Palma by Jet2 staff very good telling us where to board the bus to the Apart-hotel Flora Port Pollencea as we have stopped there several times we new what to expect ,but this time it was my wife's birthday my birthday and our Wedding anniversary all within 3 days of each other ,I requested champagne and flowers for when we arrived at the room and if they could give us a ground floor by the pool well that's exactly what they did for us, I would like to thank Sonia the receptionist and her collogues for there efforts for making our stay very memorable Thank you flora and thank you Jet2. JET2 what ever you are doing keep it up do not change a thing with your staffing your people who are very happy to see us and your Procedures all in all an excellent trip and Holiday... So much so we have booked another holiday with JET2 for same time in 2017 to the same place well done JET2 ..........

room brilliant exceptionally clean well stocked with cutlery cups plates and glass ware. only thing wrong was the mattresses and pillows were too hard. the staff are very friendly and helpful from reception , bar ,and cleaners they were terrific

It has everthing we wished for. Clean well looked after, the food is very good, excellent helpful friendly staff a pleasure to stay there . Close to the beach good places near for birdwatchers . We will definitely return
