H10 White Suites

Well situated between the restaurants and bars in Playa Blanca and the harbour bars at Rubicon, a pleasant walk in each direction on the promenade. Lovely beach 5 mins walk away. Bar staff were brilliant, worked really hard but always smiling, drink quality was very good. Some parts of the outside areas ,especially the decking at the back of the pool needed replacing, loose wooden boards were not good . Rooms were spacious with a sitting room area and TV in this and bedroom side with all major UK channels.Food was ok for a buffet, but I was a little disappointed at the selection for an H10 hotel, the snacks at the pool bar were tasty so we ate there at lunchtime on a few days .We liked that all the accommodation was only 1 storey high so felt friendlier

Just loved the White Suites the moment we walked into the foyer, the welcoming staff were lovely including the porter. Our room was very clean & the gardens were immaculate. The restaurant was nice and clean and good choices of food available including vegetarian. The pool area was really nice with a lifeguard on duty all day to supply clean towels and extra sun beds when they are all taken. The Choza Bar did great lunches during the day with singers and a DJ round the pool area and great quality entertainment every evening so we never left the hotel. All the staff were very attentive & friendly in all areas including the maids & gardeners. We had the best time and didn’t want to go home, will definitely go back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at White Suites, the food was good and varied especially the grill station at every meal. The room was large very clean and comfortable. The staff were a pleasure. We were even allowed to enjoy the facilities and food after checking out until we left for our flight which was much appreciated. We are looking forward to another stay at the White Suites hotel....thank you to all!

Excellent small hotel very well located for all Playa Blanca has to offer. Comfortable well appointed rooms located around two small pools and pleasant garden landscape. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly the restaurant staff. There is an excellent pool café bar which also serves as an evening venue for live shows.

This is overall a nice adults only hotel, not sure that it lives up to boutique..but then what does. Staff are lovely and I have to say the breakfast selection is the best ever, you ca get eggs, English bacon and omelette cooked to order. The cava was also a lovely touch. I will say that there was a couple of things I would raise, the rooms are lovely and spacious but I did find our laminate flooring a bit damaged and scruffy to be honest, rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, robes and slippers and I always got refreshed shampoos etc. I would also add we had an issue with our towels being removed from a sun bed, despite the fact my husband had been on these beds for 45 minutes prior to us getting breakfast... the same you do at lunch, all seemed a bit petty and never got to the root cause of who did this. Did not have any meals in the hotel but I saw was great quality and the staff are really very lovely. I didn’t like the fact when we went to breakfast, we would see last nights drinks glasses still left out, no real excuse for this and doesn’t set a good impression. Sun beds are lovely and very comfortable. Just to note you can not use cash in this hotel, you have to pre-authorise your card and pay when you leave, I am not a fan of this as I prefer to pay as I go to avoid any shock at the end. Also quite a big charge for safety deposit box... 25.00 euros on a 10 day stay. There is a coffee machine in the room but if your a tea drinker take a travel kettle as again you can rent them but at a charge...would have incurred us another 30.00 euros. Don’t need to use the mini bar, there is a supermarket across the road for all that you need. Most balconies get sun all day

We returned again to this wonderful hotel as a family and it didn’t disappoint. Reception/Management were outstanding and our request to open the gym earlier than it’s original time was duly done every day so a big thank you guys for your assistance. Meals were fabulous (we stayed All Inclusive) and couldn’t fault anything apart from I ate too much! Rooms fantastic as always and hotel is placed just right so you have equal distance between the marina and resort centre. Thank you all again for another gorgeous holiday and we have already booked to come back next year.

Booked first time adults only and liked the look of this through other reviews. Wasn’t disappointed. I had booked a double bed for our first abroad holiday in a couple of years and we were given a twin room. Reception quickly put this right. Rooms are superb and the restaurant and bars equally so. Pool area is well planned and there’s plenty of beds. Love that pool staff remove towels when people try and be crafty and reserve beds while they go for breakfast. One tiny negative was the music played round the pool area in the day. Was this to drown out the faint building noise which didn’t bother us at all. Overall amazing holiday and we are definitely returning.

If you are looking for a quiet place, no intrusive booming music, with great staff this hits the spot. this was my wife, myself and 25 year old son. No reserving of sunbeds before 9.30 was enforced for the very few who tried, refreshing to see towels gathered up by the staff...politely taken to reception to be handed back with the message reinforced. That said, there was no need to reserve as there was little pressure on the beds. We had an 11 night stay, all inclusive - usually I am itching to go to eat out, however the food was fresh and varied so we didn't bother. it was also a pleasure to have quality drinks (for example, Bombay sapphire, bells whisky amongst many others) on the all inclusive. the place was spotless and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. A special mention to the activities team, Patricia and Elena...lost of fun if you wanted to be involved but not in your face, no pressure: Hi both if you are reading this from 'Bobina Hood and competitive John' - thanks a lot of fun although the wife has still not forgiven me for that final yellow in the archery! oh, and the noise of the building works nearby - on the few days there was any it was minimal, you had to listed for it as opposed to it being a problem. We will return
