LIVVO Hotels Volcan Lanzarote

We had a lovely family stay in August and we’re pleasantly surprised with how lovely the hotel was. A few niggles were no one to take our luggage upon arrival and a 30 minute wait at reception to be seen to! The pool area by the gate to marina was absolutely filthy! The white floor was literally black by the end of our holiday where people are walking in from marina with shoes on treading all the dirt into pool area and then transferring into the pool! Not nice when walking barefoot into the pool! A hose down every day could easily stop this! Litter never collected so flying around everywhere in the wind! This really really lets this beautiful hotel down massively and is easily fixed! Hotel bar was always short of staff therefore a long wait to be served, again easily rectified with more staff! Food at the buffet was great, breakfast options amazing too. Pool bar could do with option of fries/pizzas etc to save having to go into marina and bringing back take away food. Hoping this will be noted and rectified as it really does let what could be an amazing hotel.

I've been visiting Hotel Volcan for about 10 years and it's never less than wonderful every time. It's a beautiful complex with lovely, spacious rooms and always very well maintained. The food in the buffet is fantastic, with a great selection, particularly good for seafood. I love the pool areas and even at the height of the season it's never difficult to find a sunbed. The location is excellent - right on the Marina Rubicon and the promenade, with a shopping centre nearby and a great selection of bars and restaurants. I've never been disappointed with this wonderful hotel and will definitely be back.

This is a Large hotel but feels much smaller and cosier due to the brilliant design. Lots of room to sit at the various pool areas, staff all very friendly and helpful. And the Reception area is incredible -worth a visit even if you aren’t staying here!

Great hotel offering very professional standards in all areas. Room was large and its ameneties wer good. Staff were very friendly and facilites were as advertised. Reception were particularly helpful with personal matter on day of arrival. Only downsides were that we weren't told we had to make a reservation in one of the restaurants for the evening we arrived, there was a noisy extractor unit failry close to room (running 9:00 til 17:00) and that as there were (ferrel?) cats around balcony doors should be kept closed overnight.

I had a birthday celebration during our stay. The staff were delightful with their birthday greetings and gifts. It made our week very memorable. The hotel location is perfect for walking along the marina, and for the market..

From the first moment we went into reception, to the last moment of leaving such a great experience, room was large yet cozy, WiFi in room a bonus, Breakfast was outstanding, lots of room around the pools which ever one we chose, staff polite just a great holiday.

Great place to completely disconnect from normal life. Excellent breakfast in club volcan. Very relaxed and quiet pool area. Lovely staff. They are a credit to the hotel and it's management. I will go back.

Had a nice week in the Volcan Lanzarote. The hotel's located right next to the Marina Rubicon, a nice harbour area with lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Lovely coastal walks in either direction. I'd definitely go again in the future.
