Jiva Beach Resort

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect. food and entertainment etc all brilliant Go for the Swim Up rooms as you'll be disappointed if you dont.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and wished we’d stayed 2… the food staff and service was amazing and the 3 bedroom villa we stayed in was fantastic definitely recommend this place and have booked next year❤️

Hotel was excellent, staff very helpful and polite. Food was very good with massive choice. Pools were clean and not too crowded. Very close to the private beach and amenities. Rooms were spacious and clean and with good air conditioning system. Overall we had a great holiday and the hotel was a big part of that. Would certainly recommend for families or couples. It wsa our secund holiday at Jiva and it wont be our last, back for June 2023 the variety and quality of food and drinks and rooms our excellent a long with all thestaff. most there entertainment of live bands on a stage area by the pool, roll on june 23

The Jiva beach hotel is a beautiful place to relax, and have great holiday. The staff are exceptional and the buffet food superb - lots of choice for everyone and all palates. There's food and drinks available 24 hours. Rooms clean and bright, again everything you would expect of a 5 star hotel, and the daily service excellent. The hotel is on the beach and there were plenty of sunbeds and parasol shades available every day.....and a beach bar. Please don't worry about any negative reviews regarding the couple of dogs on the beach. They are very friendly, well looked after, and wont bother you....unless you want them to with food treats! There is a very regular bus service into Fethyiye. Just a couple of recommendations for the hotel; change the a la carte restaurants into a steak and Chinese/Thai, as the current ones and menus offer nothing better than the buffet, other than table service. Finally, build a jetty......we all love a jetty to dive into the sea and sunbathe!

We’ve been here 4 times, everything you need pools, bars, restaurants and beach. We needed for nothing and for a couple of pounds you can be in the hustle and bustle of the markets in the town of Fethyie

From the staff to the food to the resort, this has to be said was one of if not the best holiday we have ever both been on. Rooms excellent and cleaned and changed daily. Food had lots of choice with themed nights and the a la cart 3 restaurants were superb!!!!!! Entertainment was great and 5 bars and a nightclub meant little time was spent away from the resort. Private beach and the staff went beyond there job description. Booked already for next year with a swim up pool this time outside our room and looking forward to the same relaxing holiday we had this year. Try this hotel and you will not be disappointed. 👍👍👍👍👍

I'd recently returned from another 5* hotel prior to visiting Jiva beach, so I could compare . Felt there were somethings lacking. There was no waiter service at the bars. We had to go and order and carry our own drinks. No nibbles offered either. Bottles of water were in plenty of supply, but unfortunately, you'd be lucky to get a cold one. The a la cartes were ok but the settings weren't great. The Italian was just behind the back of the swimming pool area. I had a lovely holiday, the staff and animation team were great. 3 times in one week the main pool had to be closed because someone had soiled in it. The third time it was closed till the next day. I noticed a couple of babies in the smaller pool without nappies on and reported it, only to be told there was nothing they could do, as they had shorts on ? Took a second person to complain before the guest relations Stevie came out and told the family to get the children out of the pool. The snack bar was great for lunch. Everything was cooked to order, so nice and hot and fresh. My room was lovely and spacious.
