Local sightseeing

Historic Medulin is centuries old, dating back to the Roman era. Spend an afternoon exploring its heritage by ticking off its top sights. Start at St Agnes Church, with its distinct twin bell towers, then work your way down through the centre to Medulin’s promenade hugging the shoreline.

Relax on the beach

The alluring Croatian coastline adds to Medulin’s appeal. You’ll find several beaches in and around the resort but sandy Bijeca is one of the best. Follow the sand that gently slopes down to the crystal-clear shallow waters, which are perfect for paddling.

Day trip to Pula

Breathtaking Pula has managed to cling to its Roman roots over the years, with ancient ruins still found throughout this historic city. Stop by the 1st century amphitheatre, visit the column-clad Temple of Augustus, then round off your tour at the grand Arch of the Sergii.
