Free Child Place Terms

• Availability - Free Child Places are subject to availability and are only applicable on selected accommodation / departure dates / departure points / room types and board basis. When you complete a search on our website, we will search for the lowest price we have available for your chosen accommodation from a number of providers. Not all accommodation providers offer Free Child Places and it is therefore possible that your search will display a lower price for 2 adults when compared to a room sourced from another provider which does offer Free Child Places. Free Child Places may be added or withdrawn at any time prior to booking and the latest availability will be shown prior to booking.  
• Price and charges - The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, experiences, optional meal arrangements, and tourist taxes and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.  
• Other passengers required on booking - one Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place. • Child Age - The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.  
• Deposit - The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking.  
• Cancellation - If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 above.  
• Changing your holiday - If you change your holiday then, in addition to the terms set out in clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions, you will be obliged to pay the new price of the new holiday (less any deposit) and the amendment fees per person in place at that time if you change from:  
• a holiday with Free Child Place availability to one without Free Child Place availability; or  
• a holiday with no Free Child Place availability to one with Free Child Place availability. However, if you change from a holiday with no Free Child Place availability to a holiday with Free Child Place availability, this shall be treated as a cancellation, the terms set out in clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions will apply and you will be obliged to pay the new holiday price, including a new deposit, together with the relevant cancellation fees for the original booking. Infants Go Free Terms

• Infant age - An infant is a child under 24 months, and must be under 24 months on the return date of travel. 
• Availability – Applicable to new bookings only. Infants go free promotion is subject to availability and promotion may be amended or removed at any time prior to booking. Discount will be automatically applied at the time of booking.  Customers must be aged over 18 to make a booking.  
• Price and charges – No deposit required for infants. Infants must sit on the knee of a paying adult who has the responsibility for that infant. One paying adult per infant. No separate baggage allowance or seat on the aircraft is available for infants. An extra 10kg allowance will be added to an infant’s accompanying adult’s 22kg hold baggage, applicable for each infant and adult pairing on the booking. Lightweight collapsible pushchairs/buggies and child car seats, up to a combined maximum weight of 10kg may be carried free of charge strictly on a limited release basis. Additional weight will be subject to standard excess baggage charges. No single item may weigh more than 32kg. Local charges may apply to items such as cots and meals for infants.

If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2holidays determines (acting reasonably): (a) is contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) is unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2holidays' sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded (if applicable).
