Have a drink of the local poncha

Have a drink of the local poncha

Made from sugar cane brandy, honey and lemons, poncha is the traditional drink of Madeira. It’s usually associated with Camara de Lobos but is loved (and sold) everywhere. Locals say it’s good for you because it contains a lot of vitamin C; all we know is, it's delicious.
