Our famously friendly Red Team will still be there to say hello, just from a safe distance. Depending on your destination, there might also be extra airport health checks in place.
All our coaches and private transfers are cleaned after each journey. You’ll get yours as normal and our team will be there to point you in the right direction. Please remember to keep your face mask on until you reach your accommodation.
You’ll notice things like queue management and protective screens at the rental desks. Cars will also be deep-cleaned before each pick-up, paying particular attention to high-touch areas such as the steering wheel, seat belts and handles.
Look out for local guidance around face masks, stay at a safe distance and keep your hands clean. Need help? Our Red Team are there around the clock on our 24/7 customer helpline or you can ask to catch up in person.
When you collect your car, you’ll notice things like queue management, social distance signage and protective screens at the rental desks. You might even have a contact-free pick-up and return process where you get paperwork online and use a drop-off point for keys. Our suppliers are also deep cleaning all cars before each new pick-up.
