Old Perithia

Old Perithia

The abandoned village of Old Perithia, surrounded by eight churches, was built in the 14th century at an altitude of 650 metres to protect villagers from pirate attacks. Once with 1,200 inhabitants, today just five live there all year round. See the remains of the Venetian houses or relax in one of the four tavernas.
