Outdoor market
A market is held twice a week in Placa d'Espanya, and it's one of the oldest in Majorca. Back in 1543, emperor Carlos V granted Llucmajor a royal privilege to hold weekly markets. Each Wednesday a vegetable market sets up stall, while on Fridays there's a larger market selling everything from clothes and bedding to food and antiques.
