Serra de Tramuntana Mountains

Serra de Tramuntana Mountains

The imposing Tramuntana mountains form the northern backbone of Majorca. The highest peak is the Puig Major, which towers to a height of 1,445m above sea level. The pine-covered slopes are best seen on foot, but you can cycle or drive up to them. Take in the beautiful scenery, but be careful not to frighten the goats!
