Cattedrale di San Martino

Cattedrale di San Martino

Lucca’s finely decorated Roman Catholic cathedral, Cattedrale di San Martino, is well worth a visit. Built in the 11th century and rebuilt in the 1400s, it has a mix of architectural styles and a bell tower. Look out for the small octagonal chapel housing the treasured Volto Santo (holy face) crucifix sculpture.
