Teatre Principal de Palma

Teatre Principal de Palma

Palma's main theatre is a star attraction in the old town. It dates back to 1667 when it was known as the House of Comedies. A fire destroyed the theatre after a performance of Macbeth in 1858 but it has since undergone a refurb. It now hosts plays, operas, classical concerts, dance and modern music.
