As a responsible tour operator, we’re aware of our obligation to safeguard children (anyone up to the age of 18) while they’re on holiday with us. As part of this, we’re required to operate a comprehensive policy which governs situations which could arise on holiday, either in or outside our contracted accommodation and not just in properties with childcare facilities.
Our Child Safeguarding Policy details the approach we take to ensure all colleagues have awareness of the subject and that safeguarding concerns or allegations are managed, monitored and tracked until we’ve fulfilled our safeguarding responsibilities.
We firmly believe that it’s always unacceptable for a child to experience any kind of exploitation, abuse or neglect, and acknowledge our duty of care to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
We’re committed to ensuring that a safeguarding framework is in place and that best practice is adopted to meet our responsibilities as a package tour operator.
