Basilica of the Holy Trinity

Basilica of the Holy Trinity

Built in the 13th century by Dominican friars from Bologna, this towering church lost many of its treasures in the devastating fire of 1850. It was later rebuilt and is now an important evangelical centre. The image of Our Lady of the Rosary, found inside the Rosary chapel, is said to have healing powers.
