Cycling in Croatia
Whether you hit the mountains or the coast, the old towns or the countryside, explore Croatia’s varied landscapes on two wheels. It’s dramatic around Split, while historic Dubrovnik has bags for cyclists too.
You won’t want to miss all the cycling routes in Mljet either – especially around the national park.
Heavenly hillsides
The hillsides of Hvar don’t disappoint. Rocky paths and dense forests make up these parts and you might even catch glimpses of the sea below, depending on the steepness of the track. Meanwhile, some of the Plitvice Lakes are mapped out for cyclists.
Coastal areas
Around Split and the Dalmatian Coast, adrenaline-pumping routes will reward you with seafront scenery. Along the coastal paths, you’ll find around roads marked for cyclists, so there’ll be plenty of places to pedal.
