    Eurocamp FAQs

    What is Eurocamp?

Eurocamp is a leading provider of fun-filled camping holidays, offering comfortable mobile homes in some of Europe’s most beautiful locations. And with over 40 years of experience, Eurocamp knows a thing or two about how to enjoy the great outdoors, without sacrificing comfort or convenience.

What type of accommodation does Eurocamp offer?

Eurocamp specialises in mobile homes with fab facilities, comfortable beds, warm showers, fully equipped kitchens and private outdoor space.

    Options include:

    • Ultimate range: Sleek and modern with spacious living areas, sheltered decking and optional luxury touches such as hot tubs.
    • Premium range: Holiday homes with stylish interiors, added comforts and premium mattresses. Some models even include dishwashers.
    • Comfort range: Great-value, well-equipped homes offering space for everyone.
    • Classic range: Traditional, practical mobile homes for a comfortable, self-catering experience.

Please note, in Classic, Comfort and Premium units, you’ll need to make up your own beds when you arrive. And all accommodation options come with a small selection of cleaning products, including a cleaning sponge, dish cloth, tea towel, bin liner, washing-up liquid and all-purpose cleaner.

    What’s included?

The package includes flights, a generous 22kg baggage allowance, your Eurocamp accommodation, bed linen and car hire. Plus, at most parks, there’s an end-of-stay clean included, so you can spend less time tidying and more time relaxing.

    What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in is from 16:00 until 19:00. Most parks require you to check in with the main park reception before you locate the Eurocamp reception. If you arrive after 19:00, staff may still be available, but you may need to collect keys from a late check-in point.

Please also note that some parks use automatic vehicle recognition systems at the security gates. As you’ll be in a hire car, the vehicle won’t be recognised by the system right away, so you may need to park outside the gate and walk through to complete check-in. If you arrive very late, your car may need to remain outside the gate overnight.

Please leave your accommodation by 10:00 on departure day. You’re welcome to use the park’s facilities after check-out, but some parks may charge a small local fee to do so. Unfortunately, late check-out is not available. Exit barriers are usually opened at 07:00, but if you need to leave earlier than this, you’ll need to leave your car outside the barrier the night before your departure.

Do you provide park directions and toll road info?

We don’t provide driving directions or specific toll road information, but the full park address will be included in your holiday documents which are sent prior to your departure date. We recommend using a GPS device or a reliable mapping service to plan your route and check for any applicable toll roads in advance, as these costs are not included in the price of your package holiday.

Is there someone there who can help if we need anything?

Yes, you’ll be looked after by a Eurocamp / Homair team member who’s there to make sure you have a lovely holiday! They’ll be your on-site experts and will be on hand to help with any questions or queries you may have around activities, entertainment, facilities, information about the local area and more!

Will we have to pay to use any of the facilities?

Some parks may ask for a deposit to use certain facilities. You might also need to buy a wristband for the duration of your holiday, or a barrier pass for vehicle access. Park-run activities like tennis, mini-golf, bike hire and pony rides are usually payable and non-refundable. There may also be charges for sunloungers, laundry and spa facilities. Please see each individual park’s page for further information.

    Are there any park regulations?

There are a few basic rules that most parks expect all guests to follow. Most parks have a rule of silence in place after 22:00 or 23:00, and don’t allow vehicles to be driven through the park at this time. Some parks operate a siesta period, when vehicles are not allowed and certain facilities, including shops, restaurants and occasionally pools, may be closed. At the pool, there may also be restrictions on the type of swimwear permitted (see next question and answer for more information). Not all parks have lifeguards, and where they do, it may only be during limited hours or peak season (July–August). Children must always be supervised when using swimming pools and waterslides, and all conditions of use, including age and height restrictions, must be followed.

Are there restrictions on swimwear at the park’s pools?

Many parks, particularly in France, have strict swimwear rules for hygiene and safety reasons. Permitted swimwear typically includes fitted swimming briefs, bikinis, one-piece swimsuits and Lycra swim tops. Items such as swimming shorts, loose-fitting clothing, t-shirts and other non-swimwear may not be permitted. Some parks in Italy and Spain also require swimmers to wear a swim cap, which can usually be purchased on-site if needed.

How much spending money will I need, and are there any extra charges at the park?

The amount of spending money you'll need depends on your plans. All accommodation is self-catering (microwave and BBQ, or planchas where permitted, excluding Classic accommodation), so you can choose to prepare your own meals or budget for dining at restaurants on or near the park. You may also want to allow extra spending money for days out, attractions, and excursions, including those available through Jet2experiences. Some parks may charge a deposit for certain facilities. Activities such as tennis, mini-golf and bike hire are usually payable, while additional charges may apply for items such as sunloungers, laundry facilities and spa access. Please see the website for further information.

Will we need to leave our passport at reception?

Some parks require guests to hand in their passports when they arrive at the site and will return them at the end of the stay. Please be prepared to do this.

Do we need to clean at the end of our stay?

Most Jet2holidays packages with Eurocamp accommodation include an end-of-stay cleaning service (unless stated otherwise on our website). However, all customers are required to complete some basic housekeeping tasks before departure, including washing up, emptying bins, removing rubbish and recycling, emptying the fridge, preparing bedding and linen as instructed, and removing all food and personal belongings. If end-of-stay cleaning is not included, you'll also need to carry out a full clean of the accommodation before departure, including the kitchen, bathroom, living areas, cupboards and floors. Please refer to the information provided in your accommodation for full departure instructions. Failure to complete the required tasks may result in a charge of up to €70 where cleaning is included, or up to €150 where cleaning is not included.

    Are pool towels provided?

Pool or beach towels are not provided as standard, so please bring your own. You may be able to request pool towels at reception at some parks, but this is subject to availability and may incur a local charge.

    Will the park have Wi-Fi?

Most parks will offer internet access in communal areas but there may be a cost for this which is payable locally – you can check this with the reps on arrival. Parks don’t generally provide dedicated Wi-Fi in the accommodation but there are some Premium Exclusive, Ultimate and Ultimate Plus units that include Wi-Fi. Why not stay connected while you're away with a Jet2 eSIM? It provides convenient mobile data access for maps, messaging and holiday planning from the moment you arrive.

What bedding and towels are included in my holiday?

Bed linen and towels are included in all packages. Bed linen includes a bottom sheet, pillowcases and a duvet cover and each guest is provided with a bath-sized towel. Pool and beach towels are not provided as standard, so we recommend bringing your own. At some parks, pool towels may be available to hire or purchase locally, subject to availability and a local charge.

    Are BBQs provided?

Every accommodation, except the Classic range, is provided with a BBQ or plancha grill plate to use outside. However, the availability of these is subject to there being no local or regional fire safety restrictions in place.
