Absolutely fantastic!

From the moment I arrived at the luggage drop-off, the customer service was outstanding. There were plenty of staff available and willing to help at every stage. I was travelling alone with my nearly 3-year-old son, which can be quite challenging, but the team made the whole experience much easier. They reassured me that there was no rush, helped me feel relaxed, and made it clear that assistance was always available if I needed it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Straight forward service with great flights to the sun

We booked last minute, not expecting much for the amazing price. We had decided it was just a basic getaway and a chance for some sun after I had nearly died after surgery went wrong and had a long recovery. It turned out to be our best holiday. Everything is included... comfortable air-conditioned coach transfers, generous 22kg luggage plus cabin bags, and friendly, helpful staff. Their Jet2 app is easy to use with everything there at your fingertips. The hotel was exactly as described and very clean. Our holiday was for three generations... myself (55), my daughter (27) and my granddaughter (7). We had the most amazing holiday with Jet2 and will definitely be booking through them again next year!

A great way to spend time together as a family and have loads of fun!

The price was very good for what we booked, and we received excellent service at the hotel. When I booked, I declared that we had a child with a medical condition, and within an hour I had a Jet2 staff member calling and running through all of the support we could get. It was easy to book and the process using the app to download boarding passes was good. Checking in luggage at the airport was easy using self-service, and the process was really fast and efficient.

From beginning to end, customer service was 110%, whether from the customer service reps, boarding staff, air stewards, hotel staff or taxi transfer team. All were excellent. I work in the hospitality and leisure industry and I was trying hard to find any areas where I could be remotely picky, but honestly I was so impressed. The hotel was incredibly clean, constantly being cleaned, the food was insane. Massages were brilliant. Just a real attention to detail across the board.

Brilliant holiday from start to finish!

I like the fact that Jet2 have their own baggage handlers. The baggage allowance is generous and reduces stress before flying. Flights are relaxing and the details provided are clear. The Jet2 rep at our resort was brilliant, and I even heard her helping a guy who wasn't with Jet2 but was in a really difficult position and looking for help. The hotel was great and as expected, and the pick-up and flight back were well coordinated and clear.

Gave us a fantastic family friendly experience and just made everything so easy, we'd book again!

The flights are fantastic, especially as we've flown from Glasgow airport every time and it makes it so much easier that Jet2 have their own terminal it meant that we only had to wait a few minutes for the check in desk. The service on the flight is great and so is the luggage allowance. Especially travelling with a toddler and baby having the 10kg hand luggage each and being able to take the fold-down stroller is a life-saver. We had the meals on both flights as well which are just so convenient. On our return flight we were told by one of the cabin crew that they didn't have any of the penne bolognese meal I'd pre-booked for my daughter, but straight away she offered the other pasta alternative they had on the menu which was appreciated. The communication about the transfers was also really clear and easy to understand. All in all I can't think about anything that would need to be improved, and we'd definitely book with Jet2 again.

Easy to navigate booking and simple to add extras like private transfers

There was always a Jet2 representative at the hotel reception, and although we didn’t need assistance, they were clearly helping other guests regularly. The flights and check-in were smooth, and the aircraft staff were amazing. After my daughter had a medical episode in the air, the crew kindly arranged for her to meet the pilots, which truly lifted her mood. They were so kind and welcoming - I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the aircraft staff and pilots.

Everything was smooth

From start to finish, I downloaded the app when I booked the holiday, and it kept me updated throughout. It made it easy to add extras and make changes as well. Every member of staff we came across was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As it was my grandson’s first time on an aeroplane, he even got to see the cockpit when we reached our destination. There were staff on hand to direct us and make sure we were in the right place. Everything went smoothly. The hotel was brilliant, and we cannot fault any of it. Extremely happy.

It was our first time on a family trip together. I myself have used Jet2 to travel. My experience before made me book our family holiday. The plane itself is nice and bright and not noisy as most airlines are, plus it's very easy to use the app for travel documents etc.

The booking process was so easy. When travelling through the airport, my son had his Sunflower Lanyard on and they put us through both departures and arrivals on Assisted Travel, meaning we weren't in long queues that would have peaked his anxiety further. As this was a last-minute holiday to spend time together as a family in Spain following my father’s recent passing, I wasn’t sure what to expect. We’ve been on a lot of package holidays over the years and never had such good service and communication as we did while travelling to Lanzarote. Very well organised, with easy check-in and bag drop. There were enough staff working at Leeds Bradford Airport to cope with the amount of passengers, and there was a polite lady checking us in at Palma on the way back. Booking is fair priced and simple with excellent payment plans. I love Twilight Check-in too. The staff on the flight, in the airport and at hotels are always wonderful and every hotel I have been to has been amazing. For my latest holiday, I opted for an added excursion and again, wonderful!

Great relaxing holiday with a great travel company

From the ease of booking, the different ways you can pay for the holiday, the hundreds of different locations and hotels. The way you can tweak things to suit your needs like flight times, holiday durations etc are all excellent. Don't think there is much to improve on.

The holiday was impeccable in every way! Every attention to detail was accounted for and the travel was smooth without any interruption. The flight and hotel were perfect. Jet2 is absolutely fantastic if you are nervous about going on holiday to places you are unfamiliar with (which I'd assume most people are). Always on hand, fantastic customer service and all inclusive of everything you need. We wouldn't recommend anyone else! Jet2 also offers fantastic discounts (which is a massive bonus). Everything is so straightforward from start to finish, smooth sailing and set out very clearly to get the most of your holiday! No other company compares!

Fabulous holiday made smooth and easy by Jet2

The whole process of flying, checking in etc is normally quite stressful, but with Jet2 the stress is taken away - far better than other airlines! Plenty of lovely helpful staff guiding you through it and coming home we arrived at Malaga Airport in plenty of time. Boarding the plane at Malaga was the best we've had, such a clever idea to have A, B and C boarding so you board those at the back of the plane first. Cabin Crew were lovely and friendly and we had a lovely meal deal on the plane, great choice of food and tasty too. Everything was so well organised we only want to fly with Jet2 from now on! Also great to have 22kg baggage allowance.

Friendly helpful staff who are focused on making sure you have a wonderful holiday

The whole holiday ran seamlessly - everything met or surpassed expectations. All Jet2 staff we encountered were a credit to your company and much better than rivals in my experience. Our hotel was exactly what we expected and surpassed expectations. Flying from Bournemouth was also painless and added to the relaxed feeling before you got there. The price is also better as we went on a weekday and from a smaller airport.

I've used Jet2 for multiple holidays and flights and never had an issue! The baggage allowance with the holidays is fab as there's no need to stress about overpacking or wanting to bring extra things back from holiday. On board, the food and drinks are always fully stocked, the staff are friendly and attentive, and there's never anything to worry about!
