Our transfers

Getting from A to B is easy here at Jet2holidays thanks to our range of transfers! That might be a Jet2holidays coach transfer or a private transfer if you book one of our Indulgent Escapes. Certain hotels offer express transfers too, so be sure to check at the time of booking, as your transfer will depend on what hotel you choose.

Coach transfers

All our Jet2holidays include transfers to and from your hotel for added convenience. You’ll be met at the airport by our friendly Red Team who’ll then show you to your coach. You’ll travel to your resort with other holidaymakers, before being dropped off at your hotel. On return, a coach will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport for your flight home.

New FREE express transfers

Transfers to and from your hotel are included with all our Jet2holidays. Express transfers will be available at selected properties. You’ll travel to your resort with other holidaymakers, but you’re guaranteed to be dropped off first, second or third on arrival to your hotel and one of the last three pick-ups on your return transfer. This means more time spent in resort and less time travelling!

Transfers FAQs

What time will my transfer pick me up on my way home?

Your transfer pick-up time will be available in our app 72 hours before you’re due to head home.


You can find it in the information guide and on our Jet2holidays noticeboard at your hotel 72 hours beforehand too. We’ll also send you a SMS and an email if we have your contact information.

What do I do if my transfer doesn't arrive?

Your transfer pick-up will be a 30-minute window of time, so please wait for the full duration before you get in touch with us.


If your transfer doesn’t arrive by the end of that window, please call us on 0044 113 887 0350, but please don’t worry – we won’t leave you behind. If you do need to call us, we kindly ask that only one member of your party tries to reach us.

What do I do if I'm not planning to use my transfers?

If you have a transfer included as part of your package and you don’t plan to use it, please speak to your Customer Helper in your hotel or call 0044 113 387 9501 to let us know. This will help us prevent any delays on our transfer journeys.

How will I find my express transfer when I arrive?

You’ll be met at the airport by our friendly Red Team who’ll then show you to your coach. Once onboard, you’ll be informed whether you are the first, second or third stop.
