Your transfer pick-up time will be available in our app 72 hours before you’re due to head home. We’ll also send you a SMS and an email if we have your contact information. You can also track your departure transfer on your departure day in selected destinations in our Jet2 app, using our Live Transfer Status option.

Your transfer pick-up will be a 30-minute window of time, so please wait for the full duration before you get in touch with us. In selected destinations, you can track your transfer on your departure day in the Jet2 app, using our Live Transfer Status option.

If your transfer doesn’t arrive by the end of that window, please call us on 0044 113 887 0350, but please don’t worry – we won’t leave you behind. If you do need to call us, we kindly ask that only one member of your party tries to reach us.

If you have a transfer included as part of your package holiday and you don’t plan to use it, please speak to your Customer Helper in your hotel or call 0044 113 387 9501 to let us know. This helps us to prevent delays on our transfer journeys.

You’ll be met at the airport by our friendly Red Team who’ll then show you to your coach. Once onboard, you’ll be informed whether you are the first, second or third stop.

Coach transfer information will be available in the Jet2 app when you land in your destination. We'll also send it by SMS. Whether you have a coach, private or adapted transfer, our friendly Red Team will be on hand to guide you and help you on your way.

If you’re travelling with children, you should bring your own car seat, as we can’t guarantee that one will be provided by our transfer suppliers. If you don’t have a suitable car seat and local laws require one, you may be unable to use your private transfer.

Before you travel, please check the requirements for your destination on the UK Government Travel Advice website. If the information isn’t available there, check the destination’s transport authority website.

And remember, alongside your standard baggage allowance, you can carry two items of equipment per child or infant free of charge in the hold, including a pushchair, car seat/booster seat, baby back carrier or travel cot.

Collapsible pushchairs can be used up to the aircraft steps or air bridge before being placed in the hold and picked up at baggage reclaim.

If you’re travelling with multiple items of child equipment, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your transfer can accommodate them. In some cases, you may need to change to a private transfer at an extra cost.
