No, you don’t need to check this in – keep hold of your pram until you board.

You don’t need to book this service, but you do need to check in online at least 24 hours before your flight. If your flight departs before midday and you’ve checked in online, then you can check your bags in the night before between 16:30-21:00.

Nothing – it’s completely free.

You’ll just go to the terminal on your boarding pass. There’s no special desk you have to find either, it’s just at our usual Jet2.com check-in desks.

To use Twilight Check-in, you’ll need to check in online any time from 28 days and no later than 24 hours before your departure, via our website or app. If you’re unable to check in online during this timeframe, it means our online check-in allocation has been reached. In this case, you won’t be able to use Twilight Check-in and you’ll have to go to our check-in desks at the airport on the day of your departure instead. The best way to make sure this doesn’t happen is to check in as soon as possible after online check-in opens.

Yes! It only takes one person from a party to check in and drop off bags for up to six people. Just remember, that person will need to take along passports, boarding passes and any essential travel documents for each member of the party when they go to use Twilight Check-in.

If you have up to nine people in your booking, two people will need to go to the airport to check in the bags. For groups of ten or more, customers will individually need to check in their own bags.

No – as long as your airport offers the service (it’s available at all our UK airports except Belfast Int’l), your flight departs before midday and you’ve checked in online, you’re good to go!

No, you need to have checked in online at least 24 hours before your flight before you can use Twilight Check-in.

Yes – sporting equipment such as golf clubs or skiing equipment can be checked in using Twilight Check-in. Please note that this equipment should be pre-booked either when you book your flight online or via our Call Centre.
