Marmaris Castle

Be transported to another era at Marmaris Castle, high on a hilltop above the bustling marina. It’s thought the castle was first built by the Ionians around 1044 BC and later repaired during the era of Alexander the Great. It was opened as a museum in 1991, with art gallery and items of archaeological interest.
