Stargazing in Tefia

Fuerteventura is known for its dark skies and great views of the stars. No surprise then that serious stargazers and amateur enthusiasts flock to the island's Tefia observatory. Early in the year, the sky's two brightest stars, Sirius and Canopus, can be seen burning bright. There's a small refuge to stay in, if you book ahead.
