Roque Nublo

The ‘Rock in the Clouds’ is a huge, ancient volcanic rock that has long served as a place of worship and ritual for the island’s native people. It’s over 1800 metres above sea level and stands 80 metres tall. Visiting the rock involves an exciting uphill drive and a proper hike, so wear walking boots and bring some water. Just make sure you apply for a free visit permit online first!
