Tower of Sani

Tower of Sani

This impressive Byzantine tower stands proudly on Sani Hill overlooking the resort, and the beautiful ocean. It was built in 1543 to protect a dependency of one of the monasteries. Nowadays, it’s the site of concerts and arts events during the Sani Festival, lit up dramatically at night.
