Kos Cathedral is one of the most breathtaking religious buildings on the island both inside and out. The interior boasts elaborate paintings, carved furniture and marble floors, and the whitewashed walls and blue domed roofs gleam in the sun outside. The church library, theatre and lecture hall are also worth a visit.
