Capo Market is a traditional market renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, fresh produce, seafood, spices, and authentic Sicilian street food. It is one of the city’s oldest open-air markets and a must-visit destination for travellers who want to experience Palermo’s local culture.
Visitors can buy a variety of goods, including fresh fruit and vegetables, seafood, meat, cheese, baked goods, spices, clothing, and household items. It's also an excellent place to try traditional Sicilian street food such as arancini, panelle and cannoli.
Capo Market usually opens early in the morning and runs until late afternoon. Opening times may vary depending on the season and day of the week!
Capo Market is generally open from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, most stalls are closed, although some small vendors may still operate.
