Bitez is a cool hangout for soaking up the rays, so you tan-conscious can stay a while and perfect the bronzing. There’s a stunning horizon to top off the rows of chapels, rustic old houses, small whitewashed buildings, and lines of rainbow-coloured parasols so keep a camera on you too.
Sure, the beaches are fabulous for keen surfers, but you’ve got to leave some time for Bodrum. The buzzing city stretches out from a pretty peninsula and packs in sweeping bays, all sorts of chic shops, and quaint cafés. But get dolled up after dark and you’ll find an unmissable nightlife scene.

Bitez is a charming and relaxed coastal town and popular resort located on the Aegean coast of Turkey, just a few kilometres from the larger, more bustling city of Bodrum. It's known for its beautiful bay, calm waters, and laidback atmosphere, making it a favourite for families and those seeking a quieter holiday.
The shoulder seasons (late April to early June and September to October) are generally considered the best times to visit. The weather is warm and pleasant, the crowds are smaller, and prices might be lower. July and August are peak season, with hot weather and a lively, busy atmosphere.
Bitez beach is a long stretch of soft sand (mixed with some pebbles in parts), known for its calm, shallow, and clear waters. This makes it very safe and popular for families with young children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are widely available, often provided by beachfront establishments for their customers.
Bitez boasts numerous excellent restaurants, particularly along its beachfront promenade. You can expect to find a wide variety of Turkish cuisine, including fresh seafood, traditional mezes (appetizers), kebabs, and Ottoman dishes. Many places also offer international fare to cater to diverse tastes.
The nightlife in Bitez is much more subdued compared to Bodrum town. You'll find relaxed beach bars and pubs perfect for enjoying a drink and the sea breeze, often with live music or a quiet DJ set. For energetic nightclubs and a party scene, Bodrum centre is just a short dolmuş ride away.
We don’t have any villas in this resort right now. But we’ve hundreds available in other destinations, so find your perfect one now.
