Kas

Kas holidays

Wonderfully whitewashed and oh-so pretty, the seaside town of Kas is a true Turkish treasure. Down by the marina, yachts send ripples through the shimmering blue waters, while up in the town, bougainvillea tumbles down the jigsaw-paved streets like confetti. Sound dreamy? That’s ‘Kas’ it is!

Check out the theatre

Kas is the proud owner of a fabulous historic landmark, Antiphellos Theatre, which lies on the edge of the old town. It dates back centuries, and in its prime, this spectacular spot seated 4,000 people! It has been restored in recent years, and today it’s a beautiful place to visit and admire the views.

Local life

If you’re after some traditional Turkish souvenirs, then Kas is your place. The old town shops are draped in paintings and decorative rugs, while the Friday market’s not to be missed. Plus, when you fancy a break, there are plenty of colourful little cafés to choose from. Simply sit back and watch the locals buzz by.
