Altinkum translates as 'golden sands', which is pretty apt as the resort is split into three beach sections: first, second and third! The first is alongside a promenade packed with bars and eateries, and you can hire pedalos and jet skis. The second is smaller, while the third is near the marina and lots of water sports. If you’re staying in central Bodrum, it’s almost a two-hour drive away, but well worth the visit!
