Monastery of Panagia Agrillion

Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, this is a 16th-century building, although the monastery itself was built in 1225. Now a museum, it houses artefacts from the Byzantine and post-Byzantine eras, including books, vessels and holy vestments, as well as the impressive bones of a whale.
