Windmills of Mandraki

If you’re after a day trip that’s filled with photo ops and history, this ticks all the boxes. Along Mandraki’s smart stone harbourfront sit three terracotta-topped windmills. They’ve stood the test of time since the medieval era, just like St. Nicholas Fortress further along the walkway at the entrance to the harbour. Look up and you’ll see one of two famous deer statues keeping guard too.
