Praia do Garajau

Praia do Garajau

This quiet, black sand beach is known as a prime spot for scuba diving, but it’s also a lovely place to swim or soak up the rays. It’s set inside a nature reserve, down a cliffside from town. If you don’t want to walk down, you can ride the cable car. At the bottom you’ll find a restaurant and changing area.
