The beautiful Boquer Valley (Val de Boquer) is a popular spot with birdwatchers and walkers. The olive trees attract a range of birds including warblers and wryneck. There are good paths but forget the flip flops: this is one for sturdy footwear. At the end of the mountain walk there’s a secluded beach.
