Looking after you on your way home…

Your holiday may be over, but we’ll take extra care to make sure you have a safe and smooth journey home.

Your journey

When it’s time to go home, we still need to keep things on the extra safe side. Please wear your face mask on your return transfer, at the airport, on the plane and keep it on until you exit your UK airport.

At the airport

Keep an eye out for any safety instructions around the airport and remember, a little space goes a long way so keep your distance where you can.

Back in the UK

If we haven’t already let you know, our cabin crew will tell you If there’s anything you need to do once you’ve landed. And our friendly team will be there on the ground if you need any help.  You’ll also need to show your completed Public Health Passenger Locator Form at border control.

FAQs for on your way home

Do I have to wear a face mask when I’m travelling back home?

Yes, you must wear your face mask on your return transfer, at the airport, on the plane and right until you exit your UK airport. Please remember, everyone needs to wear a face mask at all times while travelling, apart from children under six years old and people that can’t wear a mask for medical reasons.

Face masks need to cover your mouth and nose and should be either a protective or medical-style mask, or a fitted face covering. Coverings such as scarves, snoods, balaclavas or any similar items aren’t acceptable for travel.

It’s a good idea to stock up on masks before you travel as it’s recommended you change them every four hours.
